Just Soap dragging you, the rookie of the team, around which includes you also being involved with Ghost đ
It was eleven in the evening, a.k.a. the time Soap always did his cooldown workout. Sure, you didnât want to be out that late when wake up was at six, but he was basically your only friend. Being on task force 141 had its perks, but it was hard to get accustomed to new people.
Soap was the first person to talk to you, and in your eyes the coolest. He was funny and smarter than almost everyone you knew.
"Ye' hungry or anything?" Soap's voice brought you out of your half asleep state and you looked up from where you sat on the bench. He had the usual soft smirk on his face, his body covered in a thin layer of sweat.
"No... just a little tired," You groaned while standing up, Soap always knew how to test your body's limit while working out. You wanted to eventually get as good as him. He just nodded and walked into the communal showers, looking back at you for a split second to make sure you were still trailing behind.
Usually you both joked back and forth between your respective shower stalls, but tonight it was quiet. Only the sound of water hitting the tile floor. You'd be lying if you said you hadn't fallen asleep in the shower.
"Almost done?" You were startled awake by Soap standing outside of the shower stall. You only mumbled out a quiet "yeah" before turning off the water and stepping out, eyes drooping as you stood.
"Wow, never seen ye' fall asleep in the shower before. Must be real tired, yeah?" He chuckled quietly, patting your butt as he walked by to grab his gym bag. You nodded and finished getting dressed, too tired to scold him on touching you there. Once you had the strap of your gym bag over your shoulder, he held the door for you before going through himself.
The main lights were off throughout the base, only the flood lights along the walls remained on at night. It bathed you both in a soft glow as you leaned a bit on Soap in your sleepy haze, who in turn welcomed it. Before you knew it, heâd brought you down a hallway that definitely wasnât yours, and stood with you in front of a door you didnât recognize.
âJoh- Soap, where are we?â Despite feeling like you were only using half of your brain, you quickly corrected your slip up. Someone finally took a liking to you, now wasnât the time to lose it by overstepping boundaries. You swallowed thickly and looked up at him expecting to find annoyance, but the soft look had never left his face.
âYeâ can call me Johnny, I donât mind. Might âave tâ fight Lt. for it, though,â He whispered jokingly, momentarily scratching the top of your back with his dull nails. He returned his hand to put it on the handle of the door in front of you. âBut tâ answer yer question, this is Ghostâs room.â
Your eyes widened as he said that, head whipping to look over at him. âWait, what?â
Before you could protest more, he was opening the door and beckoning you in the room. You whimpered low in your throat, as embarrassing as it was, and looked over at him again with wide eyes as he closed the door behind him. It was dark, but your eyes slowly accustomed to it. Thatâs when you saw your lieutenant in all his glory splayed out on the small bed against the far wall. Well the bed wasnât that small, but he made it look as though it was. The sound of the door opening and shutting had woken him up and now he was looking towards where you both entered. Soap was stood in front of you before he swiftly walked over to the bed, kneeling down by it.
âHey Si, back from the gym,â He cooed playfully, peering into the older manâs tired eyes. Soap stood back up, pulled his shirt off, and tossed it onto the desk chair across the room. âAlso, I brought the rookie wiâ me. They were fallinâ asleep.â
Ghost paused where he was eyeing Soapâs bare chest, a confused grumble leaving him as he looked over at you. His dark gaze made you fidget in your spot. Maybe this wasnât a good idea.
âWhat did I tell you about bringinâ back strays, Johnny?â He huffed, eyes raking back over Soapâs chest and torso. Soap in turn just chuckled, holding out his hand for you to take. You moved hesitantly in the dark, taking his hand softly.
âOh câmon, donât yeâ want this cute thing to curl up wiâ yeâ all night?â He purred, holding you against his warm body. Your cheeks heated, thanking the universe that it was dark. Suddenly, you felt Soapâs hands sliding down to your waist, his thumbs smoothing over the waistband of your sweatpants. âYeâ donât need these, doll. Is it okay if I slide them off?â
âOh.. uh, yeah,â You nodded, cursing yourself internally for tripping over your words. You felt the breeze from the air conditioning unit on your legs as he slid them down. Before you knew it he was gently pulling you into Ghostâs bed, right in between the two of them.
From the time that you joined basic to getting accepted into the task force, you never saw yourself eventually being sandwiched by your lieutenant in his bed with his sergeant. Despite your earlier anxiety about being in Ghostâs room, lying with them calmed you a bit. Ghost had his arm thrown over you, his hand gently kneading Soapâs side.
âNight, Si,â Soap whispered into the dark, leaning slightly over you to peck the older man on the lips. Then, he returned to his spot next to you and pressed his lips softly to the crown of your head. âYou too, hun.â
His arm slid under your head so you could lay on his bicep, his hand finding its way into Ghostâs short hair. His other hand laid on the back of your neck in a gentle hold, the gesture strangely soothing.
Weirdly enough that was the best sleep the three of you had had in a while.
