X-Men dossier: Diode
A mutant with the power suite referred to as "electric interface". Diode's powers consist of a set of active abilities: being able to psychically manipulate electronic devices freely, the ability to generate a field of static electricity around herself of varying intensity, and general electrokinesis. With finer manipulation, the static field can be utilized for short bursts of flight, or in more extreme (and dangerous) cases, overloading it into an EMP burst to knock out all electronic devices anywhere from a few meters to a kilometer of Diode's current position.
