I really learned a lot from this 44 character piece, and I think it was totally worth it in the end! A proper tribute to one of the most beautiful games ever made. 💜
I guess I'll be fair and warn y'all of TOV:Definitive spoilers below.
You know, as much as I love the new content, the extra skits, and pretty much everything about tov:definitive, there is one thing that bugs me. They went out of their way to make this really heartwarming scene between Flynn and Raven on Heracles, but then never really follow up with them. I would have loved to see more about the two of them bonding, like scenes with Flynn asking him about his different weapons for example. Or about Raven's obvious pride in Leblanc. Anything. They had so much potential, and Raven deserves at least one friend that both whole heartedly respects him, and doesn't mock him (I'm looking at you, Yuri). Besides... I get the feeling Casey was very similar to Flynn, in work ethic and passion. So why can't Raven have one adult friend he can really open up to in the group? That just irks me.
