the top hats are going to be a Theme of this one. I simply Had to draw my version of Hyde in a top hat because I realized I hadn’t done it yet, and that was a true travesty. All in all!! Week could have been better, could have been worse. It went pretty well for me personally , but my dad got a bacterial infection last week and spent all of this week in the hospital :( he’s okay! He just needs antibiotics and to be under surveillance so the fever doesn’t come back. he’s more incredibly bored than anything tbh. I spent an hour with him today and it was nice :) (I miss him)
okay, aside from that mood killer, I’ve been doing pretty well!! I lent my tgs book to one of my friends (she’ll probably see this, hi) and I’m hoping she reads it! And enjoys it, even. I’m optimistic!

Robbie was slumped in Austin's desk chair, one eye on the monitors showing the clubs' security cameras, the other closed, pressing a cold can of Fanta to his jaw. Robbie'd been sent backstage when the boss saw him under the regular lights in the store cupboard while grabbing more napkins for Henri. His jaw, from his chin to his ear, was a glorious puddle of black and blue. Apparently, a couple of the girls had expressed their concern to the boss, who'd requested that he ice his injury to help minimize the swelling. Robbie, on the other hand, was quite frustrated that he'd been benched after the show when he'd been perfectly able to finish playing last night, even after a stick to the face. Robbie hated feeling useless and being unable to do his job or help. He was debating slinking back to his spot out on the floor when a set of footsteps made him look up from the screens, assuming it would be Austin checking up on him, as he'd been explicitly told to 'rest for a few minutes' and Robbie didn't think Austin's definition of resting would be considered open to interpretation, even though he was feeling completely fine.
