I had the same thing going on as you - I had a side blog that wasn’t showing up in search nor were DMs coming up 😪 I wrote support and they got back to me in just a day or two! They’ll probably get back with you asap but if not (and you may have done this 🙏🏻) I think what helped me was sending screenshots of what I had going on along with my request! I sent a screen shot where I had circled in red my missing messages and another screenshot of how if you searched my blog url it wasn’t appearing! I wonder if maybe sending photos help push the request through! I hope you’re able to get it everything working asap, and I know you’ll have your blog all fixed up in no-time! 🥰
Thank you so much for this. I know this is some kind of glitch on this site because a lot of blogs have been shadowbanned for no reason and I would never notice mine was too if I didn’t post couple of gifsets two days ago and they’re still not showing in the tags (btw sideblogs are fine). Then my friend told me they didn’t get my asks and notifications from me, that I didn’t appear in search, etc. And now I noticed my IM’s are gone too💀
In my email I described all these issues but I probably should’ve attached some screenshots indeed (that’s a really good idea, thank you). I’m going to wait a day or two, and if nothing happens, I’ll send staff another letter with a gallery of screens showing what’s wrong with my blog. Thanks again for reaching out, I really appreciate it 🫶
