schmigadoon is the best because there are two completely different versions of the show depending on your level of musical theater experience. Like, you can watch it and not really know theater and it’s still a fun little plot, or you can watch it and understand that schmigadoon is basically the musical theater version of once upon a time with a celebrity fancast

if I had a nickel for every time a somewhat popular show I like had scripts and concepts made for a third season but the company that owned the show was uninterested in actually making a third season which eventually lead to the show being cancelled, I’d have two nickels..
