I booked a GP appointment today for my scalp as I'm fed up of the pain. It's sore, tender, warm and sometimes itchy
I had the same Doctor as last time when I went for my toe, but she was a bit nicer today. I did try to change Doctors but no one else was available
She gave me a steroid ointment for my scalp and said to use for 5-7 days and then use that Nizarol shampoo again. She said it's likely the fungal infection from my scalp didn't clear properly last time. She didn't see any scabs but said it's red and inflammed. Glad I went today as I can finish the steroid ointment before Greece and take the Nizarol shampoo with me. That shampoo is so drying on the hair though but it's needed :(
