Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/2 cup coconut cream. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 cup dates, soaked for 10 minutes. 1 cup almonds.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Pulse the dates and almonds in a food processor until they turn into a sticky crust. For the crust, press the mix into a pie pan. After 10 minutes in the oven, let the crust cool down. Soaked cashews, coconut cream, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Fill the crust with the filling after it has cooled. For at least 4 hours or until firm, put it in the fridge. Serve cold with fresh berries or shaved vegan chocolate on top.
