I have to answer your comment this way, I hope you can forgive me.
The answer is: Yes, I am absolutely trying to do that and it’s the most joy you can imagine. Angst is such a wonderful thing, whether it’s combined with fluff, smut or if it just stands on its own. I love angst, it’s what gives me life and what makes the words come 99% of the time.
Does it hurt? Oh hell yes, it hurts a lot. Not only you though, I frequently hurt myself while writing too. But it’s the most beautiful thing in the world, especially when I create something that makes people go “HOW DARE YOU?”. That’s the biggest compliment in my abilities as a writer that one could possibly make, so I want to thank you, wholeheartedly.
That you enjoy the fluff and smut and still enjoyed the angst when I slapped you across the face with it in response to such a seemingly sweet prompt. This is what keeps me going, bless you.
