Do the redguards like, dislike, love, hate or are indifferent to Lorkhan/Shor/Shezzar/ect.?
Well, one of their gods of tribulations is a giant snake that eats stars, and they must get past him to reach the Far Shores, their afterlife.
Read the Monomyth: Lorkhan and Satakal
Reading this, I’d say that Satak is actually the original Time dragon, the aka spirit, or Akatosh for those of you who are used to the imperial name. Not necessarily the same as the original time dragon himself btw.
Akel is referred to as “the hunger” and this fits with Lorkhan perfectly who is described as being a feeling or need to create, for the gods. He tricks Akel into biting his own heart. That would make it sound like Satak is Lorkhan, but remember, Akatosh and Lorkhan are the time and space gods respectively, and they are two sides of the same coin. Not to mention, Lorkhan usurped his place in the mythic as King.
And just look at the name of the entry, Satakel. Satak and Akel, plus they call Lorkhan Akatosh’s “stomach”. They’re apart of the same body. So this is even further evidence that suggests Lorkhan wished to die at Trinimac’s hands. Note that even after Lorkhan’s “death”, he’s pretty much the most active and involved of the non daedric gods period, and in this creation myth of the Redguards, they say the “hunger” continues despite Satak’s death.
Furthermore, Satak after biting itself and seeing that the hunger of his own stomach, Akel, continued even in him biting the heart, so he shed his skin and began the world anew. What does that sound like?
Alduin, another aspect of Akatosh, who consumes time itself and resets it to zero, beginning a new world and leaving things to grow newly once more.
This convinces me that Satak is the time dragon and Akel is Lorkhan in the Redguard Monomyth.
As for if they like him or not, lets continue. Lorkhan takes on another form known as Sep in their tale, and Sep is called the second snake. Lorkhan has many aspects and Satak is a combination of Akatosh’s aspects, Auri-El, who took the removed heart of Lorkhan from Trinimac to shoot it in the ground, creating Red Mountain. So Sep and Akel being Lorkhan both works.
Sep was created by “Tall Papa” in their legend, who sounds like Magnus as he was the first to create a star, a hole in the void to escape Mundus. He left and the Magna Ge followed suit. In their legend, he creates stars to show them the way and Sep was supposed to help, but he instead ate some of the others, mad with the hunger left over from past kalpas. Eventually he starts tricking other spirits to help create a place out of the leftovers from past worlds, which MK describes in one of his stories with Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon.
This lead the spirits to die (At this point it’s pretty obviously referring to Nirn’s creation myth, the elven version), and they begged for a way to escape, but Tall Papa said they must now find their own way to the Far Shores, which was now too far away to reach. If they could not, they would live through their children, which would be the mortals of today. Tall Papa then hits “Sep” on the head with a big stick, causing him to leave behind only his “hunger”, while he slinked around in the sky or water, jealously trying to consume the stars.
So I think it’s pretty clear they don’t think highly of Lorkhan or his world. Redguards look forward to escaping this world. It’s worth noting though that just because they look forward to escaping Nirn, doesn’t make them different, all men hope to reach aetherius when they die, and Nords believe Sovngarde is in Aetherius.
Also, Nords don’t actually believe in Lorkhan, they believe in Shor, and think the gods willingly created this place for them so that they could do more than live in stagnation.
