âMilk. Lots and lots of milk.â Jaeho said simply and with a nod of his head and a wave of one of his chopsticks. âAnd âcause I have nerves of steel. Nerves of carbon fiber!â To demonstrate his so called ânerves of steel,â he whacked himself in the chest with his fist, only to murmur a small âowâ shortly after.
âReally? Does that actually work? How does milk even help you when youâre eating something spicy?â She pokes the meat on her plate with her chopsticks. A small quiet laugh escapes her mough as she heard the other mumur a small âowâ after hitting his chest, âIâm sure that your nerves of steel will protect you everywhere you go.â

â Â five times my muse thought about hitting yours, and the one time they did.
1. It was early Saturday morning when the pair of goofballs planned to meet at the aquarium to enjoy the sight of beautiful sea creaturesâ and eat several hamburgers and French fries from the food court while they were at it. It wasnât a surprise to Eunjin that she was the first to arrive at the promised place, since she knew Jaeho was more of a carefree kind of person who likes to take his time.Â
20 minutes passed however, and there was still no sign of him. Eunjin took out her iPhone from her purse, opening her messaging app to send Jaeho a text.Â
[ sms: ěŹí¸ě¤ëš ] where are you at, oppa? please tell me youâre okay! ă ă ă
After a few minutes of waiting impatiently for a response, her notification bell rung quietly.Â
[ ěŹí¸ě¤ëš : Sorry, canât make it today ]Â
She released a heavy sigh before her rosy lips formed into a pout. Looks like she wasted half an hour for nothing. She suddenly felt a hand grab her shoulder, frightening her as she tumbled down to the ground. The bright sunlight hit her eyes as she looked at the direction of the person who approached her. It was him.Â
âAish, oppa!âÂ
2. Tteokbokki. Japchae. Kimchi. Galbi. Kimbap. Jajangmyeon. What else do you need in life when all of that is in front of you?Â
The two college students were eating dinner at a restaurant near Jaehoâs university. From the moment they walked in they were greeted by a man in his early 30s, and to Eunjinâs surprise he recognized her as Manheeâs youngest sibling. To her knowledge, her brother defended him in court and won the case, so he owed him more than just a âthank youâ. The food wasnât necessarily free, but a huge feast like that wasnât cheap when discounted.Â
Eunjin ate as if she hadnât eaten in a week, munching loudly with her mouth full. Her puffed cheeks made her look like a squirrel hiding nuts on its mouth. Being the gullible girl that she is, Eunjin fell for Jaehoâs ploy, which was the typical âLook, thereâs something behind you.â trap. She looked back at him stealing her kimbap, glaring him down as she swallowed her chewed meat. âYah, steal my food again and I swear Iâll poke you in the eye with my chopstick!â
3. âOn your mark, get set⌠go!âÂ
Using the only strength she had left, Eunjin ran as if she was currently running for Team South Korea at the Rio Olympics. However, her long legs started to fail on her, making her stumble over several rocks before regaining her balance. Jaeho on the other hand flew byâ not precisely like a bullet, but at least he was in the lead. The so called âfinish lineâ was a bench in the middle of the track, and sitting on it was a kid learning how to blow his bubblegum with his mother taking photos of him.
And just like that, Eunjin experienced her first loss against someone shorter than her (who wasnât a child). How was it possible for someone with shorter legs to run faster than her? Wasnât it supposed to be the other way around? She bent over to press her hands against her knees, breathing in and out heavily. There was no way she was gonna accept the humiliating loss.Â
âThe only reason why you won was because I ate a bucket of ice cream not too long agoââÂ
4. She never would have thought that sheâd actually go on a movie âdateâ with Jaeho. Both of them have previously talked about movies and whatnot, and Eunjin was aware of Jaehoâs habit of falling asleep or getting distracted after just the first few minutes of any movie. The movie they (or just Eunjin) chose to watch was Finding Dory. Itâs been released nearly 2 months ago and she figured itâd be best if they watched the film before it was no longer shown in the movie theater.Â
Eunjin kept giving her friend small glances every few seconds to check if he hasnât wandered off yet. The popcorn and nachos seemed to be the only thing that kept him awake for the most part. Minutes have passed slowly before she heard a familiar snore next to her among the sound of the movie. He had crumbs of nacho chips and cheese scattered around his chin, making him look younger than a typical 12 year old boy. Giving him a slap then and there wouldnât be appropriate when thereâs a group of children sitting behind them. Fortunately for Eunjin, she happened to bring along a cup of ice, which hasnât melted yet to her advantage. She took an ice cube from her cup before tugging his shirt lightly, pulling it slowly before dropping it down his chest.
5. Teddiursa was as lively as her owner, but there were also days where she wasnât feeling it. That day happened to be one, where she lazily laid on top of her cushion, her head resting against the soft fabric.Eunjin invited Jaeho over for a small dinner at her apartment, taking the advantage while her father was out of town to visit his former colleagues. It was a pleasant evening, both talking about different topics and casually goofing around like usual. After eating, the pair decided to approach Teddiursa, who kept her eyes on Eunjin the entire time.Â
âAm I invisible to her or something?â He moved his index finger towards the pup while Eunjin shook her head. âSheâs not in the mood, is all. I wouldnât mess with her if I was you.âÂ
The brown toy poodle instantly barked its quiet âwoofâ as she jumped towards Jaeho out of a sudden, nearly biting his finger with her small teeth. Eunjin released a silent sigh, having the urge to smack him from behind his head. âTold you.âÂ
6. Now it was Eunjin who wasnât in the greatest of all moods. The morning couldnât have started worse than nearly getting hit by a speeding car, the driver miraculously braking in time before tragedy struck again in her familyâs life. Luckily for the driver Eunjin decided to not press charges, although she did manage to take a picture of the carâs license plate without him noticing. More unfortunate events occurred during the day like: spilling her favorite frappuccino over her shirt, making a C- on her math test, losing 20000 won on her way back home, and the list could go on. She wanted to skip the promised meet up she made with Jaeho at the coffee shop they frequently spent their time together, but a promise was a promise, and there was no way to back out.Â
Once again, Jaeho was at it in his mischievous nature, fooling around as Eunjin simply thought to herself, pressing her elbow against the table so she could rest her chin on her cold palm. She only saw his lips move, all his words completely muted to her ears. Eunjin finally snapped out of her thoughts after seeing him smile widely from ear to ear. Has he even noticed her behavior from the moment they met up? Does he even care about her? Her eyebrows furrowed slowly, clenching one hand tightly while she raised the other, giving him a unexpectedly rough slap.Â
âAre you that oblivious or what?!âÂ
Her eyes started to fill up with tears as she reached for her belongings, completely ignoring the customersâ looks as she made her way out the shop.
âI usually binge-watch TV shows or K-Dramas in bed when Iâm ill. Itâs not something I do very often when Iâm at home with my dad. Believe me, my father doesnât like it when I sloth around at homeâ only when Iâm sick (or at least pretend to be). Ah yes, and I sleep more hours than I usually do too!â
8:Talk about the thing you are most proud of.
âMy muscles, of course! Iâm actually proud to be a student at Ewha! Although SNU was my dream school in the beginning, I knew there was no chance Iâd get acceptedâ plus the tuition is way too high. Fortunately for me I got a scholarship for Ewha so I only get to pay less than half 5 million won each semester.â
18:Talk about something that happened in elementary school.
Something that happened in elementary schoolâ A good thing or a bad thing..? Hah. I guess if you really want to know, there was this one time I was pretty badass. I was with a bunch of pretty girly girls at that time, and I saw a group of boys bullying or shoving my little brother into a fence and calling him names. Something in me snapped in me and the next thing I knew, I managed to beat up at least 2 boys while the other 3 boys wouldnât lay a finger on me while I had my foot on one of the boyâs head. Of course, I got in trouble for doing so and almost got expelled from the school but managed to pull through. All I had to do was go through months and months of detention to make up what I did to the boys.
eunyeon isnât bad at singing, yet, she never does it. she never found the habit of humming along to a song, doesnât sing along when she hears a known song therefore she doesnât show how good her voice actually is.Â

Send an emoji to learn how good/bad my muse is at that particular skill!đż â hygiene
She considers herself the neatest out of the bunch, partially because sheâs a closeted germaphobe. She likes to keep herself clean, usually showering twice a day and brushing her teeth up to three times a day (when sheâs able to at least). Sheâs pretty good at maintaining herself, sheâs big on skin care. So she has a shit ton of face masks and creams lying around.
â What codes and regulations? â Hayden snorted as she popped said fry into her mouth, chewing on it as she reached over and grabbed her cup. A rather amuse look spreading across her face as she watched her friend pluck a napkin from itâs holder along with a pen from his pocket. â Are you serious? Who died and made you the fry police? â Cue another snort. She sipped on her soda as she read over what he had scribbled down, nearly choking on her drink.
â Youâve gotta be kiddinâ me, Jae. â Of course he would pull off something like this.
