Ya know. Sometimes you need a friend who gives u a hand when you are having a wobble. The past couple of weeks have been intense. Yesterday they hit me and knocked me off my feet a bit. I took some moments to cry, grieve, breath, rest & reset. (I still have a little more reset work to do. But Then it’s time to get back on to helping you do the same. It’s ok to have wobbles from time to time. Life is not perfect- challenges will come and go. But if we hit those challenges from a stronger standing we can deal with them much better. This is my #sassyselfie because @creativsas told me to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself what an incredible person I am. How far I’ve come in just a few months & how many lives I’m going to change for the better as a result of my little and big blips in life!!
