You both were quietly reading your books, sometime telling each other something funny or some quote from your respective books. Just as you finished the chapter, you closed the book and as per your daily ritual, prayed before you slept. Junmyeon was done with his book and took off his glasses and he kept them aside with the book . He quietly laid his head in your lap and listened to you silently murmuring prayers and just thanking God for that day. He pulled your hand towards him and toyed with the 1 day old engagement ring he had put on your manicured left hand. You quietly moved your other hand through his locks as you finished off your prayers, thanking God the most for the lovely man he had sent to you. You opened your eyes to him looking at your now opened eyes intently and his face broke out into a beautiful grin. “Do you like it?” he asked gesturing to your ring. “It’s beautiful” you said. “There’s just one problem,” you said as he sat up to face you, eyes crinkling to display concern. “You’re stuck with me for life” you finished, both your faces broke into smiles.
