Firstly, something is really fucking weird about saralegui and yelshi, and not just the fact they are clearly scheming to take over the world.
Secondly, it just accorded to me that slapping must be extremely rare in shinma. If you showed a shinma citizen one of those telenovelas where they slap eachother in fury and heart break they would be so confused... "why would she suddenly propose now?"
