@kotikaleo , I made a comic!!!! I've honestly been thinking about them a lottttt.

This is probably mostly informed by my own headcannons but I couldn't resist.

The idea you presented about them fighting a lot when first getting together it's just the perfect angstttt. The doubt they must have felt... because some things are so good and so right and yet, they can't help but fight.

I also headcannoned the idea that if you were away from your soulmate for a long period, colours would mute or fade. Imagine them having a literal reminder of how long they've been apart!? Like perhaps I'm mixing them with how me and Jan have written nightkiller before, but I'm kind of obsessed with the idea.
