The reader is a belly dancer from Alabasta who "took refuge" in Germa island, aka was sold to the Vinsmoke family, because of the drought in Alabasta. Only, the vinsmoke family never told her Vivi and the rain came back, in order to keep her. She only discovers it when Sanji comes to Whole cake to marry Pudding and is confused on why she is there assuming she is a performer. They talk at night and he learns she was sought refuge in Germa during the drought when the island floated near Germa, and she was waiting to hear news from her father that Vivi was safe. Sanji learns she is vivi's sister, and an elemental, hense why Judge was keeping her, because he was trying to convince her to wed one of his sons. Sanji updates her on how Alabasta was saved, crocodile was to blame, and Vivi was princess again, causing her to burst into tears in his arms. When Sanji goes back to luffy, he makes a stop first to pick her up.
