🇪🇸 Heavy Rains in Southeastern Spain: Nearly 200 mm in Two Days
🌧️ Torrential rains continue to batter the southeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula, causing localized flooding and major disruptions to transportation.
📍 The most affected areas include Pilar de la Horadada (191 l/m²), Cartagena, and San Pedro del Pinatar, where between 160 and 190 mm of rainfall have been recorded in recent hours.
💦 Severe flooding has been reported in several towns — water has inundated streets and courtyards, posing risks to transport and infrastructure.
⚠️ Meteorologists warn that atmospheric instability persists, and more heavy rain may occur in the coming hours.
