Ed Skymall: "My best guess is a grey Italian Vox TB enclosure that has had the original holes filled, and then new side jacks drilled in. Then the whole thing was repainted. The posts for the bottom plate screws are squared off, which is a unique character of that pedal."
could also be a sandcast copy of a Vox enclosure - a professional could close the holes and remodel the posts for the bottom plate screws
