Listen, I had some thoughts after seeing a particular light cone

sam meets brady in intro to economics and they end up hanging out a lot, usually brady cheating off sam's homework while he smokes a joint out the window. sam doesn't mind really. he likes getting high with him, milling about outside sam's sublet apartment that's definitely not legal and making out lazily deep into the night. brady has a familiar smile and doesn't treat sam much different than his other friends. for a little bit, sam just feels normal. frankly, sam's more lonely than he's ever been when he's at stanford, and that's embarrassing to admit, but when he's in brady's car or brady's vacation home or brady's bed he can kind of feel like he's not so alone.
