The birds and I will enjoy heaps and heaps of elderberries this year 😍💚💜. There is more than enough to share.
I meditated under our elder tree this morning. Our beautyberry bush (across from the elder tree) was so bright-green in the sunshine. I decided to take a photo to remember this moment 💚.
I love going into my garden and being greeted by the fragrance of elderflowers 💮🥰💮.
I love when I brush past the elder tree and look down to see my shirt covered in dustings of its bright, sweet pollen.
This is such a wonder-filled season for me💚.

I picked two large elderflower umbels today. I've set them in witch hazel solution to make facial toner💮.
scenes from our garden today: marigolds, the first ripe figs of the season, a caterpillar ambling along in the grass, and elderberries forming 💚💚💚
I brewed up some iced tea (black tea + lemon) today. In my glass, I added a large dollop of elderflower syrup that I had made a few days ago (from umbels in my sambucus tree). It's absolutely ambrosial ... oh my goodness🥤🥰!
