I like to headcanon real brady as one of those trust fund babies with hands off rich parents who just throw money at him with the expectation he'll still maintain a certain image in public so I can imagine brady taking sam to a family beach house and driving him around in a boat in the open water during their first summer break and also all the fun demon brady could have with sam given these resources
