I love waking up in this place! There is something about the sun and the water. I am about to go for a swim. And I just got done doing an exercise with my brain that I have been doing pretty regularly now! Is a restructuring of the brain and thinking patterns that are limited and distorted. We all have them! :) Now when I am angry and when I am sad or when there is something that pisses me off I know I can defer to this exercise where I dive deep into it and gather a lesson from it! at the end of the exercise I always have a lesson and an insight! Is based on cognitive behavioral therapy and it has been proven to be as effective as medications for things such as anxiety and depression and the best part is that it comes in without the side effects. But I am not going to lie. Is not easy to do daily, is hard to make my self do it. Back in portland and stocked as I am working on my book! I have been working on this book for the past four years but in the past five months I’ve been working on it with a team of people that are helping me put it together and helping me Crystalize it! Although sometimes is not pleasant it really helps to have these people in the team because they help crystallize the idea a lot better to make understandable and more clear to people. Often we feel like we have worked through ideas or concepts or work but sometimes it’s great to get feedback on these works to make them better.
