Location: On top of a roof. 

Your Pov: 

The guys had took us to a random apartment complex. Right now we were currently on top of the roof and I was sitting in a chair. Hands were duck taped behind my back, so were my feet. The tape was digging into my skin leaving angry red lines behind. 

That wasn’t even the worst part. 

Colby was next to me, the bag still over his head. Duck tape was over his mouth. I could tell because whenever he tried to speak to me his words would come out muffled. It was so frustrating. I just wanted to hear his voice. 

“What do you want from us!?” I shouted at the men finally having enough of there bullshit. 

“I wanna see you suffer.” The one standing behind Colby said. 

Before I could even comprehend what was happening he whipped out a gun from his back pocket and aimed it at Colby’s head and pulled the trigger.

I was starting to panic. How could this be happening? What was I going to do now? How was anyone gonna find me(us)? How was I gonna tell Colby’s parent’s that he was dead? That I let him die? What about Sam? The fans? What about me? What if they kill me? 

So many questions were going through my head. And I had the answers to none of them. 

Through all my thinking my breathing started to pick up. My chest was getting tighter and tighter until it felt like it was going explode. What was happening to me? Did they shoot me too? 

Is this what dying felt like? 

“Y/N?” 

“Can you hear me?” 

“Babe?”

“Listen to me it’s just a prank!” 

“I’m alive, I’m okay.” 

At the word ‘alive’ my eyes shot open. I hadn’t even realized that I closed them in the first place. Once they were open I saw the face I thought I’d never see again. His lips were moving but no sound would come out of them. I couldn't hear him over the ringing in my ears.

“Babe, I need you to breathe.” 

“If you don’t start calming down I’m calling 911.” 

I was in shock. How could he be alive? I watched him get shot in the head! I watched him die. 

I felt a hand on my cheek. Rough calloused thumbs rubbed back and forth, trying so desperately to calm me down. And to wipe away the tears that were still falling. 

“H-how are you still alive?” 

My voice was shaky. 

“It was just a prank baby. It wasn’t supposed to go this far.” He said, his blue eyes glazed over with worry. “I didn’t mean to send you into a panic attack. Me dying wasn’t even in the prank idea, they must've added it in last minute. I’m so sorry.” 

I shook my head. 

“It’s okay, as long as it wasn’t real.” 

I leaned into his hand that was on my cheek. 

“It’s not real.” He assured me. 

I nodded. 

“Can we go home and cuddle?” 

My voice sounded so weak and small. 

Colby chuckled at my request. 

“Of course we can babygirl. It’s the least that you deserve.” 

“Yay!” I silently cheered. 

“Have I ever told you how much I love you?” He asked me with a small smile forming on his lips.

“Everyday, baby.” 

As I answered his question he placed a gentle kiss on my wet cheek. 

“Good, because I’m gonna keep doing that. I love you so much.” 

I smiled widely at this. 

“Great, now can you get this duck tape off of my hands so we can have a real kiss?”
