For the past week, you went to class and then straight home. You had a huge test coming up that counted for half your grade. If you failed, you could kiss your scholarship goodbye. So, for the weekend, you decided to turn your distracting phone off so you could study. And it seemed to work...until it didnât.
The room had been eerily silent as you read. You were so concentrated on the material before you that a loud knock made you jump in freight. After a beat or two, your heart calms. With a groan, you push the chair away from the desk and walk to the door. Sam stands before you, a worried expression on his face.
âY/N,â He huffs. âAre you all right? Iâve been calling and texting you!â
You sigh, moving out of the doorway to let him in. ââSorry. Iâve been studying.â
He walks in, and you close the door behind him. âYour headâs been buried in that book for a week. You need to take a break.â
You sit on your bed, replying, âI canât. If I fail, I wonât be able to afford to keep going here. Then how will we be together?â
âHey,â Sam sits beside you, wrapping an arm around your shoulders. âDonât talk like that. Youâre the most intelligent girl I know. Youâll pass the test.â
You stand up, facing him as you rant. âBut what if I donât? What if I have to leave andââ
âYouâre not going to leave.â He interrupts your spiraling, knowing if he didnât stop it now, you wouldnât stop. âYouâre going to pass. Then youâll be stuck with me.â
A giggle slips past your lips. You could always count on your boyfriend to lighten your mood. A smirk takes over his beautiful face, his gaze shifting from your eyes to your lips.
Sam leans in closer and says, âTake a break. Let me help you relax.â
You hesitate for a moment, afraid if you give in, you wonât be able to study afterward. âI don't know...â
âIâll quiz you after.â He entices.
âMm... alright.â
Sam gets up from the mattress and sheds his jacket. Tossing it aside, he tells you to lay on your belly. Without question, you do as he says. You stretch across your bed, head tilted towards the wall, eyes closed, as you slowly inhale. The bed dips as Sam climbs on before sitting on your ass. His large and magical hands grip your tense shoulders. You exhale in euphoria as his fingers dig into your muscles just right.
Tingling sensations rid the worry from your body. Your teeth sink into your lip, trying to suppress moans. Part of you didnât want to admit how much you needed this. His hands travel below your shoulder blades, toward the middle of your back. He works your back exactly how you need it, causing breathy groans to slip past your lips. It continues for a few minutes, and youâre in another world.
Your brain becomes unaware of Sam sliding off and kneeling between your thighs. His hands begin to massage your behind, quickly drawing your attention. Part of you knew you should stop him, but the other didnât want to. Instead, you let his hands slither under your loose-fitted shorts and focus on your ass. His thumbs massage closer and closer to your lips, occasionally brushing against them.
It was all you could think about. You need him. You craved Samâs long and slender fingers inside you. The more he teased, the wetter your pussy got. You open your legs wider, giving him access like any other time.
A whimper falls from your mouth as your boyfriend gently rubs over your slick entrance. Wetness lubricates his thumbs, and before you beg him to, he slides them in. You gasped, but just as fast as they were in, they were out. He brings his fore and middle fingers to your entrance before gliding your slick towards your clit.
He rubs your bundle of nerves a few times, only making you wetter. The moans held back were now audible. His fingers slide back to your core, and without missing a beat, he plunges them in. Your body tenses as he dives deep, the tips of his long fingers hitting your cervix. A pained yet pleasurable moan echoes in the small room.
You were so thankful your roommate decided to go out. Sam slowly draws his fingers in and out. Once theyâre covered in your wetness, they disappear from your core. You open your eyes and look over your shoulder, missing his touch. The sight you saw somehow made you wetter. He had his fingers in his mouth, his cheeks hollowing around his digits, sucking them clean.
He slowly pulls them out, and you watch with admiration. Sam flips you on your back, granting you a better view. He pulls your underwear down, leaving you in the oversized shift you stole from him. He tosses them off the bed and gives you a mischievous smirk. His head dips between your thighs, and your hand quickly grabs his hair.
His mouth closes around your clit, sucking hard enough to make your eyes roll to the back of your head. Your walls clench around nothing, making you miss his fingers. As if he read your mind, he fills you with his slender digits. He steadily increases his speed until he reaches the pace that makes your toes curl and your back arch. Your grip on his hair tightens as his teeth graze and lightly bite your clit before soothing it with his tongue.
The pressure in your belly quickly builds, threatening to burst. You force your vision to focus right on your boyfriend. As if he sensed your stare, he gazes up at you, a smirk upon his lips. You throw your head back as he harshly sucks on your sensitive nub. His knuckles pound against your skin, leaving bruises where your pussy ends and your legs begin. It all became too much, and before you knew it, you came on his fingers.
Without missing a beat, Sam removes his fingers and drags his tongue across your soaked entrance, licking between each fold to get every last drop. Once he finishes, he sits up and unbuckles his belt. As relaxed as you feel, you wouldnât mind a good fucking. He unzips and pulls his pants to his knees. You dampen and bite your bottom lip as his member springs free.
There were several reasons why you fell in love with Sam, and his dick was one of them. Youâd never objectify him, but if others understood what hid beneath his boxers, theyâd try harder to steal him away. The first time you'd seen it, you wondered how he planned to fit his entire cock inside you. It took a few tries before you could finally take him all in, and man, was it worth it. You hated to admit it, but he had you dick-whipped.
âLike what you see?â
âMhm. Now, shut up and fuck me,â You demand before pulling his neck down and connecting your lips with his.
You could taste your sweet juice on his tongue. The thought of you tasting your cum on another manâs lips repulsed you, but on Samâs, it only fed your lust. He presses his body against yours, his tip tracing your inner thigh. You moan into his mouth, practically begging for more. Sam breaks the kiss but remains close enough that his breath fans across your lips as he speaks.
âYou ready for me?â You nod eagerly. He reaches between your legs, aligning his long member with your entrance. With eyes closed, you anticipate the slight but brief pain thatâll come with his penetration. He holds down your hip with his left hand, feeling how tense you are before whispering, âRelax.â
Thatâs exactly what you did. Or at least tried to, anyway. You take a few deep breaths, willing your mind and heart rate to slow. Once Sam feels your body loosen, he pushes himself into your tight cunt. You whimper as his dick stretches your walls, both pleasure and pain fighting for dominance. He fits half of his appendage before pulling out. With every thrust, he goes deeper and deeper until his entire cock fits inside your small hole. Soon, the pleasure had won.
You were a moaning mess underneath your boyfriend. His hips moved skillfully, pushing you towards the edge. You clutch his shirt, hanging on for dear life as he rails into you at a hard and fast pace. The tip of his member brushes against your cervix when you wrap your legs around his torso, giving him a deeper angle. The sounds of skin clapping and your bed creaking to the rhythm of each thrust fill the quiet room.
He dips his head, finding comfort in your neck. Sam nibbles at your skin before sucking harshly, leaving a mark. You try arching your back, but his weight wonât let you. Tears pool in your eyes as the pleasure becomes overwhelming. His hand snakes between your bodies, and his thumb rubs your sensitive clit. It was enough for your tears to spill over. You feel the familiar rush and warn Sam.
âOhmygod, baby, Iâmgonnacum,â You mumble quickly.
âLet it go, sweetheart.â
With his permission, you came undone. You scream as the waves wash over your body. Sam helps you ride out your orgasm, somehow going even harder. Your eyes roll back, and your mouth forms an âOâ as he murders your soaked pussy. It was pure luck you liked it hard and fast like he does.
You knew from experience your lips would be swollen after this, and hell if you didnât consider it a trophy. Suddenly, Samâs thrusts stopped, and you knew what that meant. He was cumming. And sure enough, spurts of hot cum shoot into you as he grunts into your ear. You moan as he fills you up, making you feel full in a different but great way.
He kisses his way to your mouth and shoves his tongue down your throat. You run your fingers through his hair as your body warms up for round 2. After your legs drop to the mattress and shake, you decide to wait a little longer before taking that rollercoaster ride again. Sam pulls away, so you open your eyes and see him gazing lovingly at you. A smile pulls at your lips to match his.
âAre you relaxed?â
You couldnât help but chuckle and answer, âIâm so relaxed.â
âGood,â He gives you a quick peck. âI should help you relax more often.â
âWell, Iâll be studying until next Thursday.â
âMm...â Sam traces his lips along your face, tickling your skin. âSounds good to me.â
He kisses your shoulder before pulling out of your dripping cunt and getting up from the bed. You prop yourself on one shoulder as you wonder what he was doing. He pulls on his boxers and walks toward your desk. Your eyebrows furrow as he picks up your textbook. And true to his word, he began quizzing you.

You sit at the long table in the library, a mug warming your hands. The clock on the wall ticks loud enough to echo through the cold, metal walls.
Sam stands a few feet away, flipping through a lore book heâs not actually reading. You can tell because heâs been on the same page for five minutes. His brow is furrowed, hair falling into his eyes, sleeves pushed up like he forgot about them hours ago.
âYouâre gonna memorize that page if you keep staring at it,â you say.
He blinks, then smiles sheepishly. âYeah. Sorry.â
He closes the book and sets it aside, finally looking at you. When Sam looks at you like that: soft, attentive, like youâre something fragile and important at the same timeâit makes your chest ache.
âCanât sleep?â he asks.
You shake your head. âFeels wrong to sleep through the end of the year.â
Sam nods. âYeah. I get that.â
He moves closer, pulling out the chair beside you and sitting down. His knee brushes yours under the table, and neither of you move away.
Outside the bunker, the world is celebrating. Fireworks, crowds, noise. Down here, itâs just the two of you and the steady passage of time.
âI used to hate New Yearâs,â Sam admits quietly.
You glance at him. âUsed to?â
He exhales. âIt always felt like⌠everyone else was moving forward. And I was just... stuck. Or running.â
You think about the man sitting next to you. About the year he lost himself. About the year he fought his way back. About how hard heâs worked just to be here.
âAnd now?â you ask.
Sam looks at you, really looks. His eyes soften in a way that makes your breath hitch.
âNow I feel like I made it,â he says. âLike⌠maybe I didnât miss everything.â
Your heart stutters. âSam...â
The clock clicks over to 11:58.
Neither of you speak. Thereâs too much in the air alreadyâtoo many words hovering just out of reach.
Samâs hand shifts on the table, inching closer to yours. His fingers brush your knuckles, tentative, like heâs testing the ground before stepping forward.
âYou donât have toââ you start.
âI know,â he says gently. âI just⌠want to.â
So you let him.
Your fingers lace together, and Sam exhales like heâs been holding that breath for months. His thumb rubs slow circles over your skin, grounding, familiar.
âThank you,â he murmurs.
âFor what?â
âFor staying,â he says. âFor not giving up on me. Even when I wasnât really⌠here.â
Your throat tightens. âYou never left.â
The TV in the corner flickers to life with a countdown you didnât realize was on.
Ten.
Sam glances at the screen, then back to you. Something shifts in his expressionâresolve, mixed with a little fear.
Nine.
âYou know,â he says softly, âIâm not great at timing.â
You smile. âYouâre doing okay.â
Eight.
He squeezes your hand. âIf I donât say this now, Iâm gonna talk myself out of it.â
Seven.
Your heart pounds.
Six.
âI love you,â Sam says.
The words land gently, but they hit you right in the heart.
Five.
You donât hesitate. âI love you too.â
Four.
Relief floods his face, bright and overwhelming. He laughs quietly, disbelieving.
Three.
He leans in, slow enough to give you time to pull away.
You donât.
Two.
His lips meet yours in a kiss thatâs tender and sure, like heâs been practicing it in his head for a long time. One hand cups your cheek, warm and steady, grounding you in the moment.
One.
The year changes around you.
Fireworks crackle faintly aboveground. Cheers echo from the TV. But all you hear is Samâs breath, all you feel is the way he kisses you like this is a promise, not just a celebration.
When you pull back, he rests his forehead against yours, smiling like he finally let himself be happy.

Humans were curious. The more time you spent with them, the more you couldnât understand why your father loved them so much. However, one human was beginning to pique your interest. His name was Sam Winchester.Â
Your brother Castiel had been charged with rescuing Samâs brother, Dean, from Hell. However, Zachariah had not given the word to begin the mission just yet. You, though, were charged with the care of Sam Winchester.Â
He became interesting for a number of reasons. The Winchester boys had been of special interest to all of Heaven since their mother died in Azazelâs attack. Youâd known of his existence and watched from afar as the sweet, intelligent young man became a cold shell of who he once was while his brother suffered in Hell. The demon Rubyâ who you would be sure to kill as soon as you could get your hands on herâ had been getting Sam addicted to the potent substance that was demonâs blood. If you had to compare it to a human drug, youâd heard many angels say it felt like a heroin addiction.Â
Despite your disinterest in most of humanity, you were more compassionate toward them than most of your brothers and sisters. While some, like Uriel, were ruthless in their method to get humans on their side, you always took a more âhumaneâ approach. No matter how many times humanity had broken your heart through their horrible mistakes leading to death and destruction, you still tried to show each human compassion.Â
You watched from afar as Sam began to learn to exorcize demons with his mind. The experience was undoubtedly painful, and your anger with Ruby grew with each passing day. Always keeping your distance, though, because you knew now was not the right time to step in. Zachariah would give you the word when it was.Â
You followed Sam down a darkened, busy street, keeping just far enough back that he wouldnât be able to see you. He turned the corner onto what you assumed was another street, and you foolishly followed. Suddenly, you were pinned to the wall with a demonâs knife at your throat and an angry Sam staring down at you.Â
âWho the hell are you?â the man spat, pressing the tip of the weapon into your throat forcefully. âWhy are you following me?â
âHello, Sam,â you said calmly. âMy name is (Y/N). Iâm here to help you.â
He scoffed. âWhat? Another demon coming to peddle your wares? I donât think so.â The brunet stepped away from you and tried to exorcize you with his powers.Â
You just remained still, large doe-eyes looking at him with a small smile playing on your lips.Â
Sam then appeared scared. âWhatâ What are you?â
âIâm an angel,â you replied evenly.
He laughed. âRight. Câmon, what are you really?â
You unfurled your large, beautiful wings and called upon a clap of thunder to ensure the shadow would be cast on the wall behind you. âI told you. Iâm an angel.â
Sam shook his head. âI donât believe this.â
âWhatâs wrong?â you asked. âWhy are you angry?â
He spun around to face you. âWhy am I angry? My brotherâs been dragged to Hell, and youâre asking me why Iâm angry?â
You continued to look at him in confusion.Â
âI prayed. Every day for the last year Dean was alive. Why didnât one of you answer?â he finished.
âIt wasnât the right time,â you explained. âFather wouldnât allow us.â
âWell, fuck all of you guys, then,â Sam spat.
You were intrigued and confused by his intense anger. âYour prayers are being answered now. Isnât that all that matters?â
âToo little, too late,â he replied. âNow, leave me alone.â
You stared after him as he walked away. Didnât he want your help? Why was he angry at you when you were simply obeying your father? His prayers were being answered, and he was cruel to you.
That should have enraged you. However, it only intrigued you even more.
****
You knew Sam had not told Ruby heâd seen you, which surprised you. Everything about this man was surprising you.
While his addiction to demon blood was horrific and disgusting to you, you were surprised how much⌠empathy, you believed the feeling wasâ you were starting to feel for him. Heâd undoubtedly been manipulated by the demon into that state of being.
His incredible strength both physically and mentally was impressive. While he wouldnât last a moment in a fight with you or any of your brothers and sisters, he was skilled in many different athletic pursuits. His interest in different philosophies was curious to you as well; most humans you'd come across were set in their ways with no interest in different points of view.
After your last conversation with him, you decided not to intervene unless he desperately needed you. And now, he desperately needed you.
Ruby had either knowingly or unknowingly sent him into a death trap. While Ruby conveyed she believed only two demons to be hiding in a warehouse, an entire lair of at least thirty laid in wait for the young man. You knew youâd have to get involved this time, no matter if Zachariah approved or not.
You watched from the skylights of the darkened warehouse as Sam crept around with Ruby following closely behind. Your father willing, youâd slit her throat with her own knife.
You could see the other demons beginning to creep in around Ruby and Sam. Sam was the first to notice something was wrong and spun around to face the demons behind Ruby.
You used your powers to appear behind a wire rack covered with boxes to have the element of surprise with the demons.
âHey there, handsome,â one of the demons was telling Sam.
Another snarled, âAnd Ruby. I thought Lilith got rid of you.â
âApparently, she didnât do a very good job,â replied Ruby.
The demons had Sam and Ruby back to back as they closed in their circle around the two.
Taking out your blade, you stepped out into the dim light, heels clicking across the floor. All of the demons turned around to face you, as did Sam and Ruby.
âWow, Ruby. Seriously? Youâre working with an angel?â a demon snickered.
You didnât allow any of the demons a chance to get another word in. You appeared behind the demon who had the nerve to speak up and plunged your blade through its vesselâs back.
A few of the demons tried to escape by fleeing their bodies, but you forced them back in. While you were compassionate, merciful would not be a word used to describe you. When you were crossed, you didnât play nicely.Â
A few demons tried to charge you, and you immediately reached out to two, grabbed their hands, and killed them while you used your free arm to plunge your blade through the otherâs chest. With, in all honesty, very little effort, you managed to make your way through most of the demons. With the mess of dead bodies sprawled across the concrete floor, it made it easier to see what was left for you to deal with. That was when you noticed Ruby was gone, but Sam was still there, fighting demons with his demon knife.Â
A demon behind Sam was preparing to stab him in the back, but you threw your angel blade through the demonâs throat just in time to save Sam.Â
Slowly but surely, you made your way through the remaining demons. Sam panted from exhaustion and the few wounds heâd sustained but still stood with his shoulders squared. âI didnât need saving,â he huffed.
âI donât mean to offend you, but yes, you did,â you replied evenly. âI will admit, Iâm disappointed your demon friend left so soon. I was looking forward to formally introducing myself.âÂ
Sam laughed, somewhere between mocking and a genuine laugh. âYou were gonna kill her, werenât you?â
âWithout hesitation,â you nodded. âI know what sheâs been doing, Sam. I know what youâve been doing.âÂ
âI really donât think thatâs any of your business,â he said, his voice cold.Â
âIt is my business.â
âHow?â
âAngels are only sent to earth for their missions; unless theyâve fallen,â you explained. âLike I told you before, youâre my mission.â
âAnd like I told you,â he sneered, ânot interested.â
âI donât understand,â you stated. âIsnât this what you wanted? Iâm answering your prayer. I thought youâd be happy.âÂ
âI told you; too little, too lateâ!â
âIâm not talking about the prayers for your brother anymore, Sam,â you cut him off. âIâm talking about your prayers for yourself.â
That seemed to quiet him down.
âI heard you. The first night you drank demonâs blood, you prayed. That was when I was assigned to you,â you told him. âSome of the angels believed you were too far gone. I, however, was the one to ask my superior if I could help you.âÂ
Tears welled in Samâs eyes. âWhy would you do that? Why wouldnât you save Dean?âÂ
âI wanted to,â you admitted, not quite understanding why you were spilling your secrets to a human.
He got angry again. âWhy didn't you?!â
You tilted your head, eyebrows furrowing. âIt is not my place to question my superiors. I serve Heaven first; not you.â
âWell, find some other way to serve Heaven. Iâm not interested,â he grumbled, turning away. You noticed how painfully he rolled his shoulder.
âI can fix that for you,â you said, stopping him in his tracks.Â
âWhat?â Sam turned back around.
âYour arm.â You nodded in its direction. âAnd those gashes. They look like theyâll get infected if you donât let me help you.â You stepped toward him, and he remained still.
His impressive stature was incredibly intimidating to you despite your angelic status. You had never felt such a feeling; only when you were in the presence of the archangels. Whatever this feeling was, you didnât think you liked it.
âMay I?â you asked, hesitantly reaching your fingers out toward his arm.Â
Sam nodded, face drawn into hard lines.
You closed your eyes as you touched his shoulder to concentrate on sending your healing powers through his body. You didnât miss the way his muscles tensed momentarily before relaxing under your touch.Â
âThank you,â he said.Â
You nodded.Â
Sam hesitated for a moment before asking, â Whatâd you say your name was?â
â(Y/N),â you responded.
****
You watched through the window of the cabin he was hiding in as Sam fought with Ruby over you. You expected Ruby to be angry, but you didnât expect Sam to defend you.Â
âSheâs an angel, Ruby, sheâs not here to hurt me,â Sam said, crossing his arms over his chest.Â
âYou donât know angels, Sam. I do. Theyâre not the peaceful hippies the Bible makes them out to be,â Ruby snapped. âIf she knew I was helping you, sheâd probably smite me.â
âShe does know,â Sam replied, almost too quietly for even your enhanced hearing.Â
âWhat?! You told her?!â
âNo, I didnât, Iââ Sam cut himself off, running a hand through his hair in frustration. âShe just knew, somehow.âÂ
Ruby clearly didnât believe him. âSomehow,â she scoffed. âAnd somehow, I donât believe you.â
âWhatever,â Sam huffed. He suddenly caught your eye in the window but covered it up by quickly looking back to Ruby. âI think you should go.â
She crossed her arms. âSeriously?â The demon rolled her eyes and began to walk toward the door. âGoodbye, Sam.â
You invited yourself into the room. âIs she gone?â you asked Sam, appearing in front of him.
âYeah,â he said. âYeah, sheâs gone.â
âYour motivations confuse me, Sam Winchester,â you stated bluntly.
He seemed to chuckle genuinely. âWhy?â
âDo you not believe Ruby to be helping you? It seemed you couldnât stand the sight of me less than twenty-four hours ago. Why would you kick her out after all that and cover for me?â you asked, head tilting in confusion.
You knew you werenât supposed to question. You knew Sam was simply an assignment; there should be no desire for further questions exchanged. However, a nagging force in the back of your mind refused to let those questions remain internal.
âI donât know,â he responded, seemingly earnest.Â
Suddenly, a song began to play in the background. Your head turned to the source of the sound; a peculiar little box with a spinning disc on top of it. You swayed to the soft music emanating from it. âWhat is this?â you asked.
âMusic,â Sam replied from behind you.
You turned to face him. âI know what music is, Sam. What is the little box?â
âA record player,â he replied, much closer to you than he had been when you first turned to the sound of the music.
âAnd what is this song?â you asked, dewey eyes shining in the dim light.
âUh, one of the records they had in this old cabin. I think the bandâs The Five Satins. âIn the Still of the Nightâ,â he explained.
âI think I like this song,â you said, your voice taking on a peculiar lilt youâd never heard yourself speak with before. You suddenly realized how close Sam was to you and backed away. âWell, if you need anything,â you began, âI am never far from you.â And with that, you were gone.
****
â(Y/N)?â you heard Sam praying. â(Y/N), uh, I donât know if youâre listeningââ
With a quick flap of your wings, you appeared in front of Sam in his cabin. âI am,â you replied.Â
âOh, hey,â he snorted. He sat on the edge of his bed, rubbing his hands together and staring at the floor.
âWhatâs wrong?â you asked.Â
âI donât know what the right thing to do anymore is,â he admitted. Sam was suddenly embarrassed by what heâd said. âUh, I donât know why I said thatâŚâ
âDo not be embarrassed. I do not pass judgment on humans for their feelings,â you replied.Â
That pulled a small smile from him. âDo you guys⌠not have feelings?â
âNo,â you replied. âAt least, I donât think we do. Or, perhaps, what we experience as angels is too complex to be simplified into human emotion.â
âWhat do you mean?â he asked.Â
âI believe I may experience compassion, but I am not merciful. Those two traits I have seen go together in human manifestations. My loyalty to my father is incomparable to any human form of loyalty. Most humans I have come across sacrifice their loyalties quite easily,â you explained thoughtfully.Â
âAnd by your father, you mean, God?â he asked.Â
You nodded.Â
Sam hesitated before asking his next question. âWhatâs he like?â
His question caught you off-guard; it wasnât something youâd thought about before. âWell, humans describe him asââ
Sam shook his head. âI know what people make him out to be. What do you say?â
That question startled you even more, and all you could answer with was the truth. âI havenât met him.â
Now, it was Samâs turn to be caught off-guard. âReally?â
You nodded. âIâve been around just about as long as the planet, and Iâve never met him once.â
Sam considered for a moment. âAnd youâre still loyal to him?â
âWell, I donât necessarily have a choice in that matter,â you replied. âI am an angel. I was created for the purpose of my loyalty to my father and carrying out his missions.â His questions were beginning to get under your skin, and youâd never thought so long about those things before.Â
âWell, how do you know your orders come from him if youâve never met the guy?â Sam continued to press. âHow do you know somebodyâs not lying toââ
âMy brothers and sisters would never lie to me,â you cut him off. Perhaps this is what âoffenseâ felt like? âI donât believe lying to be something we are capable of.â
Sam took a deep breath and flexed his eyebrows. âWhoa, didnât mean to strike a nerve, there.â
He did. âYou didnât,â you responded.Â
A spell of silence was cast over you.Â
âWhatâs it like?â Sam asked.Â
You tilted your head in confusion.Â
âThat blind faith,â he embellished. âHow do you do it?â
You shook your head. âI donât know. I just always have. I am a Seraph; I believe âblind faithâ is my purpose.â
âOh, seraphimâs a real thing? Are you guys the, uh, high-rankers?â
You nodded. âI donât think of myself in terms of my rank, but I am superior to those in my garrison. My superior is Zachariah; the only one of us in direct communication with the archangels.â You felt yourself snap out of it. âI⌠donât know why I told you that.â
âWell, I guess weâre even then,â Sam smiled.Â
****
You began to see less and less of Ruby as days went by, and for that, you were grateful. It seemed she was only around for Sam to feed from her.
âWhat does she say the demon blood will do for you?â you asked Sam, sitting beside him on the edge of the cabinâs roof.
Sam gave you a curious look but answered your question anyway. âItâll make me strong enough to kill Lilith.â
âAnd⌠why do you want to do that?â you asked trepidatiously.Â
He answered your question quite blankly, staring ahead. âRevenge. For my brother.â
You nodded. âAnd what do you believe getting revenge will do for you?â
That seemed to challenge him. âI donât know.â
âI have been with you since you were young, Sam. I watched you go off to college, I watched Azazel kill Jessica, and I watched every fight between you and your father.â
Sam turned his head toward you as you talked, a pensive look on his face.Â
âAnd I think I decided that all of those fights between you two happened because of how similar the two of you are.â You turned your head toward him, the sunset casting a heavenly glow across Samâs face. âThis is one of those things you two have in common; vengeance. I cannot decide if thatâs a good or a bad quality, if Iâm honest.â
Sam huffed out a small laugh. âThatâs fair.â His hair fell in front of his eyes as he looked down at his hands folded in his lap. His eyebrows drew together, and you just watched him carefully. âYouâve never wanted payback? Not even once?â
You shook your head. âThatâs not part of my job. I am a warrior, but I donât feel emotional attachment to my fights. And, rationally, I know revenge is pointless. It doesnât change the past. It can only make for a worse future.â
Sam was silent for a moment. âWow. For a⌠shiny, hard, plastic, emotionless angel, thatâs pretty profound.â
You tilted your head in confusion. âI am not plastic or shiny.â
He laughed. âNo, youâre not. Just an analogy.â
âYou humans and your words,â you sighed. âThe English language is by far the most confusing.â
âWhy do you say that?â Sam chuckled.Â
âI speak every language ever created, Sam,â you explained. âEven Enochian is simpler than English.â
The young man laughed. âFor an angel, youâve got a good sense of humor.â
You tilted your head. âI didnât know I did, but thank you.â
****
It had been about three months since Deanâs sentencing. The angels began to talk about how heâd said âyesâ to Alistair and was beginning to torture other souls in the pit. However, you knew it was best not to bring that fact up to Sam.Â
The brother in your care was still not doing very well. His addiction was getting worse, and his anger at himself for not being strong enough to take care of his most recent demon hunt. You watched through the window as Sam and Ruby shouted at each other, and their anger eventually devolved into Ruby kissing Sam.Â
You were stunned, and something youâd never felt before flooded your chest. Whatever this feeling was, you hated it. You backed away from the window youâd become accustomed to staring through and walked off. You felt your vessel stumbling rather than walking, and you were unsure why your chest hurt. You stumbled through the night forward against a tree and held yourself there.Â
Whatever was happening to you, one thing was for sure that you could no longer deny: you were beginning to feel.
****
A few days went by, and you hadnât seen Sam. In fact, you refused to answer his many prayers. He begged you to come to him and told you he didnât know what heâd done wrong. Eventually, your resolve broke.Â
âHey,â he said, standing from his chair and seeming startled by your appearance. âWhâ Whereâd you go? Why didnât you answer?â
âWhy did you have sex with Ruby? Didnât you know I was watching?â you asked, large eyes holding a pleading innocence.Â
Sam seemed caught off-guard. â(Y/N), I havenât had sex with her in weeks. Whâ Why do you care about that, anyway?â
âI saw you two. She kissed you. I know what comes after that, Sam, Iâve been around for thousands of years,â you continued.Â
Sam shook his head. âShe kissed me. And then, I pushed her off. I havenât seen her since.â
You tilted your head. âWhy did you do that?â
â âCause. I couldnât do it,â he shrugged.Â
âWhy?â
â Iâm not into voyeurism,â he smirked. âI knew you were watching. I havenât had sex with her since you showed up.â
You thought for a moment, realizing he was telling the truth. âOh.â Was this feeling⌠relief?
Sam gave you a curious look, and you averted his gaze. âWhyâd you wanna know?â
You shook your head. âNot important. How have you been these last few days?â
âHonestly?â He scratched the back of his neck. âNot good. The addiction⌠itâs, uhââ
âBad?â you asked.Â
âThatâs putting it lightly.â
âIâm sorry,â you told him.Â
â âS not your fault,â Sam shrugged.Â
âThat is much different from what you told me when we first met,â you said.Â
Sam snorted. âYeah, I was angry then. Now, I know you.â
Your heart fluttered in your chest, and you were surprised at the feeling.Â
****
You hummed the tune of âIn the Still of the Nightâ by the Five Satins, a song that Sam had introduced to you.Â
The man in question sat at the cabinâs kitchen table hunched over his laptop. Sam had suggested you come inside with him since youâd be keeping an eye on him anyway. You told him if Ruby came, youâd kill her, but he just shook his head. âIf she knows youâre here, sheâs not coming,â heâd told you.Â
âYouâve got a pretty voice,â Sam commented.Â
You stopped humming. âThank you. When the cherubs in my garrison were young, they liked when Iâd sing to them.â You resumed your song.Â
A few minutes went by before Sam spoke up. âCan I ask you something?âÂ
You stopped humming again and nodded.Â
âWhy havenât you gone after Ruby yet?â
Before you could think, you answered, âBecause I knew it would upset you.â
A small smile tugged at the corners of Samâs lips. âI appreciate that.â
You smiled in response.Â
âThatâs the first time Iâve seen you smile,â Sam told you.Â
You continued to stare at him with your dewey doe eyes.Â
âCan I ask you something else?âÂ
You nodded again.
âWhose body are you in?â he asked.Â
You hummed as you thought. âIâve been with her for centuries. She was being abused by her husband and begging for a way out. You see, angels have to get consent from their vessels. She wanted me to use her body to carry out my fatherâs mission.â
Sam nodded.Â
âI quite enjoyed her company,â you continued. âIâve never told any of my brothers or sister about this, but the day her soul moved on was the first time I ever felt something like⌠sadness.â
âSo, angels, is it like demons where the vesselâs soul takes a back seat?â Sam questioned, his interest seeming very genuine.Â
You shook your head. âNot with her, it wasnât. She could force me out whenever she wanted, but she told me she preferred my company to that of her husbandâs.â
Sam nodded but seemed pensive.Â
âWhatâs wrong?â you asked.
âNothing,â he replied. âItâs just⌠Itâs a lot to take in.â
âI can understand that.â You paused for a moment. âI donât think Iâve ever spent this long in the company of a human; aside from my vessel.â
âReally?â Sam asked.
You nodded. âI was taught not to spend time with the humans I was charged with. We were always told that the more time you spend with them, the more you become like them. And if youâre a human, you are flawed. You canât truly live in service of my father while human.âÂ
âThat sounds kinda fucked up though, (Y/N),â Sam told you. âI mean, donât you think itâs⌠restrictive? Limiting?â
You considered. âI guess so. But⌠Iâm sure my father had good reason. He wouldnât try to hurt us.âÂ
âI donât think he would, either,â Sam told you. âBut I do think he did that for self-serving reasons.â
You stared at him, waiting for him to elaborate.Â
âHe creates these⌠beingsâ you and the other angelsâ to bend to his every whim. Think about it. He makes you emotionless, so you donât question his âwillâ or⌠rebel,â Sam explained. âHe needs you to be perfectly loyal.â
Samâs words swirled around in your head. âYouâre confusing me,â you said, breath quickening.
Sam shook his head. âIâm not trying to. But youâre smart. Iâm just trying to make you think.â
âNo human has ever challenged me the way you have,â you responded. âI appreciate it.â
âYou do?â He seemed genuinely surprised.
You nodded. âIâve been around a very long time. Things can get monotonous. It is⌠refreshing to meet someone like you.â
The corners of Samâs lips turned upward.
The two of you went back to silence, and suddenly, Sam was up and running to the bathroom.
âSam?â you asked, running after him.
When you got to him, he was hunched over the toilet bowl vomiting.Â
Hesitantly, you reached toward him and began to rub small circles over his back. You remembered your vessel telling you thatâs what sheâd do to her children when they were sick.Â
âItâs okay,â you said softly. âIâm here.â
When Sam was done, he slumped to the floor, curling up into a ball. Sweat covered every inch of his body, and he began to shake feverishly.
You knew it was the withdrawals from the blood after not seeing Ruby for days. You wanted nothing more than to help him through it, but your healing powers couldnât assist with demonic workings of any kind. What you could do, though, is put him to sleep. You ran your hand over his hair and got up from the floor.
After grabbing a blanket off his bed, you brought it back to the bathroom and sat back down beside him. When youâd tossed the blanket over him, you helped Sam rest his head on your lap. Then, you went back to running your hand over the brunetâs hair and used your powers to put him to sleep. His shaking subsided, and his breathing relaxed. You stayed with him through the rest of the night.
****
When Sam woke up laying against you, he immediately seemed embarrassed. He jerked back from you. âOh, uh, Iâm sorry, I didnât mean toââ
âItâs okay,â you said. âItâs what Iâm here for.â
Sam leaned forward hesitantly. He kept pausing as his face got closer to yours, seemingly to ensure you werenât uncomfortable.
Uncomfortable wasnât quite the word youâd use; there were a million thoughts running through your mind. And yet, you couldnât string one coherent sentence together.Â
You tilted your chin up, and it was all the confirmation Sam needed. His kiss was gentle when he first connected your lips. You responded, almost completely frozen, but still moving your lips in time with his.
Samâs kiss got more desperate, and he pulled you across his lap, wrapping his large hands around your hips and back.Â
And then, he was gone. You were confused only momentarily as you became aware of Zachariahâs presence in front of you.
âI know what youâve been doing, (Y/N),â Zachariah chastised.Â
You hung your head in shame. âIâm sorry, Zachariah. I let myself get too close to Sam Winchester, andââ
Zachariah cut you off. âYes. You did. Iâm disappointed in you.â He stalked around you, his multiple sets of wings encircling and taunting you. âYou were one of my best, (Y/N). And now, Iâm going to have to let you go.â
Your eyes widened, and you looked up at your superior. âWait, please! Iâm sorry!â
He patted your cheek. âI know you are. But you turned your back on us, (Y/N). You turned your back on our father.â
Tears welled in your eyes.Â
âAh! That. That, right there.â He caught the tear on his first finger as it slipped down your cheek. âFeeling. Feelings are human. Youâve changed, my dear sister.âÂ
âIâm sorry,â you cried softly.Â
âI told you that Sam Winchester is a lost cause. I knew something like this would happen, but you? You didnât listen. Goodbye, sister.â
And with that, you were sent barreling down to earth. The fall was incredibly painful; your wings feeling like they were being burnt off your body, each feather leaving ripples of searing heat in its wake.Â
Nothing could stop you barreling toward the earth. The speed of your fall began to take a toll on you, and your vision faded to black.Â
****
You woke up flat on your back in the middle of nowhere. Your limbs ached, and your vesselâs body was undoubtedly broken. Using your weakened powers, you healed your body enough to be able to stand. When youâd gotten your wits about you, you would heal yourself completely.Â
You walked through the woods youâd landed in the middle of. The morning sun was still rising, the birds chirped, and light streamed through the trees. All at once, the reality of your situation hit you, and you cried.
You cried for your brothers and sisters youâd never see again; very few ever came to earth. You werenât sure how youâd get to Sam without your wings, but you needed to see him. This feeling of need was still foreign to you, and you couldnât decide if you liked how it felt.
All that time youâd spent in service of Heaven and of your father, and you were cast out as if you didnât matter at all. You knew getting so close was wrong, but you hadnât expected such harsh treatment. In all your years of being alive, you had never made a mistake. And after just one, you were kicked out?Â
On the other hand, though, crying was freeing. Maybe Sam was right. Why would your father restrict you from feeling?
For a moment, the world was quiet. All you could hear was your soft sniffles, the birds chirping, and the wind rustling the leaves of the trees. You took a deep breath, and for the first time, life felt beautiful.
****
Sam was praying to you, and you had no way of responding to him. Slowly but surely, you were making your way back to him. You could feel his soul calling to you, and it only spurred you on to continue walking. As an angel, you had no need for sleep or eating. And so, you walked continuously for five days; each step making Samâs essence grow stronger. You could feel yourself getting closer to him.
âHey, (Y/N)?â you heard Sam calling to you. âI donât know if youâre even still listening to me, but Iâm sorry for scaring you off. Iâ I shouldnât have done what I did. Just⌠come back. Please.â
It broke your heart that you couldnât get to him sooner, and you mentally begged him to wait for you.Â
And finally, on the sixth day, you found Samâs cabin. Joy and relief flooded your chest, and you smiled widely. You ran through the front door, and Sam jerked out of his chair with his gun in hand. When he realized who you were, he dropped his gun to the floor in surprise. â(Y/N)?â
âHello, Sam,â you smiled, tears rimming your eyes.
âWhâ What happened? Whyâd you leave?â he asked.
âI didnât. Zachariah brought me back to Heaven, and⌠he took my wings,â you explained, looking down at your shoes.Â
Samâs confused and angry stare turned to his familiar puppy-dog-eyed stare. âWhat, why?âÂ
âIâm a fallen angel now. I betrayed Heaven,â you responded.
âBy doing what?â he asked. âI kissed you, you didnât do anything.â
âYes, I did,â you assured him, stepping closer to him. âI started to feel. And⌠feel for you.â
Samâs soft gaze flooded your chest with warmth. He used his first two fingers to tilt your chin up toward his and closed the space between your lips.Â
You and Sam werenât perfect in any sense. But you would take whatever you two were over your shiny, hard, plastic, emotionless past.Â

Sam Winchester x Reader
No pronouns used for Reader
Summary: After Sam gets injured on a hunt alone, Castiel sends a trustworthy angel to heal him. There's a catch though, the reader and Sam seem to butt heads all the time.
Reluctant Guardian
Sam Winchester had been on the trail of a nest of vampires for days. With Dean off handling a haunting in another town, Sam insisted he could manage this one on his own. But now, as he leaned against a tree in the dense forest, clutching his bleeding side, he wasn't so sure.
The vampire lay dead at his feet, its head severed from its body. But the satisfaction of victory was overshadowed by the pain radiating from the deep gash in his side. He needed help, and he needed it fast.
"Castiel," Sam muttered as he fumbled for his phone. He dialed the angelâs number, hoping against hope that his friend would be available.
On the other end, Castiel was in the midst of a heated argument with several other angels. The celestial conflict was growing more intense by the day, leaving him stretched thin.
"Sam?" Castiel's voice came through, strained but concerned.
"Cas, Iâm hurt. I need you to heal me," Sam gasped, his vision starting to blur.
"I'm⌠I'm tied up with something crucial," Castiel replied, glancing around at the other angels. "But I'll get someone to you."
Before Sam could protest, Castiel ended the call and turned to the angel beside him. "I need you to go to Sam. He's hurt."
The angel, you, narrowed your eyes. "Why me? Surely there are others who canâ"
"There's no time to argue," Castiel interrupted, his voice stern. "Go now."
You crossed your arms defiantly. "Cas, I am in the middle of handling other pressing matters. Why can't Balthazar or even Uriel take care of this?"
Castielâs gaze hardened. "Balthazar is dealing with a demon incursion in Europe, and Uriel is⌠well, Uriel. You're the best option right now."
"Best option, or just the most convenient?" you shot back. "You always do this, Cas. Every time Sam or Dean gets themselves into trouble, I'm the one you call. Why?"
"Because I trust you," Castiel replied, his tone softening but still firm. "And because I know you care, even if you wonât admit it."
You looked away, the truth of his words hitting harder than you wanted to acknowledge. "This isnât about me caring. Itâs about you using me as a crutch for your human friends."
"Theyâre more than just human friends," Castiel said quietly. "Theyâre family."
The word 'family' struck a chord. You sighed, running a hand through your hair. "Fine. Iâll go. But this is the last time, Cas."
Castiel gave a small, grateful nod. "Thank you."
With a heavy sigh, you vanished from Castiel's side and appeared in the forest where Sam was barely holding on to consciousness.
"Sam Winchester," you muttered under your breath, annoyed at the task. "Always getting into trouble."
Sam looked up, his eyes widening in surprise. "Youâre not Cas."
"No, Iâm not," you replied curtly, kneeling beside him. "But Iâm here to save your sorry hide, so hold still."
As you placed your hands over his wound, a warm light emanated from your palms, healing the gash almost instantly. Sam winced, then sighed in relief as the pain subsided.
"Thanks," he said, looking at you with a mixture of gratitude and confusion.
"You're welcome," you replied, standing up. "Though I donât understand why Castiel sends me to you every time you get yourself into trouble."
"Maybe because he knows youâre capable," Sam suggested, standing up slowly. "Or maybe he enjoys seeing us butt heads."
You scoffed. "Or maybe he just enjoys seeing you get under my skin."
Sam, despite his condition, couldnât help but grin. "It's mutual, you know. You have a knack for pushing my buttons."
"Funny, I was going to say the same thing about you," you shot back, crossing your arms. "Why do you always insist on taking these solo missions? You know you can't handle everything on your own."
"I'm perfectly capable," Sam retorted, the defensive tone in his voice unmistakable. "And I donât need an angel babysitter."
"Clearly, you do," you said, your voice rising in frustration. "You were about to bleed out here, Sam! Do you have any idea how reckless that is?"
"Reckless?" Sam's eyes flared with anger. "I was handling it. I had it under control."
"You call this under control?" you snapped, gesturing to his bloodstained clothes. "Youâre lucky I got here in time."
Sam opened his mouth to argue but then closed it, taking a deep breath. "Look, I appreciate what you did. I do. But you donât get to lecture me about taking risks. It's part of the job."
"Taking risks is one thing. Getting yourself killed is another," you replied, your tone softening slightly. "I don't enjoy seeing you like this, Sam. I care too much to keep watching you hurt yourself."
There was a stunned silence as the words hung in the air. You immediately regretted letting your true feelings slip, and Sam's eyes widened in surprise.
"You⌠you care about me?" Sam asked, his voice softening.
You looked away, feeling vulnerable. "I⌠I didn't mean it like that."
"But you do care," Sam said, stepping closer despite the lingering pain. "I didnât know."
"Well, now you do," you replied curtly, trying to regain your composure. "Just⌠try to stay out of trouble, okay?"
Sam hesitated, then took a deep breath. "You know, you're not the only one who cares."
You blinked, taken aback. "What?"
"I care about you too," Sam confessed, his voice steady. "Probably more than I should. And it's not just because you save my life. It's because you're there, even when we argue, even when things get tough. You're there."
You stared at him, feeling a mix of emotions. "SamâŚ"
"Look, I'm not saying it's easy," Sam continued, his eyes locked on yours. "But I think there's something here, between us. Something worth fighting for."
You felt your defenses crumbling. "I⌠I never thought you felt that way."
"Well, I do," Sam said softly. "And I think maybe, just maybe, we can figure this out together."
For a moment, you both stood there, the forest around you silent. Then you nodded, a small smile forming on your lips. "Okay. Let's try."
Sam smiled back, relief and hope evident in his eyes. "Yeah. Let's."
You nodded curtly before vanishing, leaving Sam alone in the forest once more. As he started making his way back to the motel, he couldn't help but feel that despite the friction, a deeper connection had been forged between the two of youâa reluctant but undeniable bond that might just be the beginning of something more.
This is so, SO overdue, but hereâs my entry for @huffle-pissedâs Vibes and Valentines challenge! My prompt was âKiss me like that and you might regret it.â Thanks in advance for reading; I would love any advice or critiques!
Title: Roadside
Pairing: Sam Winchester x Reader
Word Count: 5741
Summary: At least Samâs there when the readerâs car breaks down.Â
Warnings: smut with only the thinnest premise of fluffy story, dommy Sam
He was hotâit was hot. The sun alone was nearly enough to make steam come off the blacktop itself, although you were nearly sure youâd heard that was an optical illusion most of the time. This certainly wasnât; the huge, lean man in front of you, your car popped open behind him like a themed calendar. Sweat had slowly collected through the fabric of his t-shirt, the grey cotton first gaining a stripe down his back that had swelled to some Rorschach test by this point. You were staring when he ducked out from under the hood and had to pull yourself together to look as casual as possible when you realized he had already been talking. âItâs got a small, like, cylinder piece and a handle like a normal wrench?â
âOh, ah, sure,â you answered, rifling through the toolbox as quickly as you could to see if anything fitting that description popped out to you. You held up your best guess.
âPerfect, yeah.â He held a palm out while keeping the other hand in the innards of the car, probably holding something in place. When you gave it to him, your fingers grazed his and you felt an electric shock blazed up your arm. Sliding the wrench in, his forearms rippled with tension under a light sheen of sweat as he cranked. After a few moments he drew back from the car, thoughtlessly dipping a hand under the hem of his t-shirt and lifting it as a makeshift handkerchief to dry his face and mouth. Seeing the taut muscles of his abdomen made you feel a little dizzy, and pulling the jersey against his body draped it almost pornographically off of him, the damp sticking in a way that left so little to the imagination he could have been dunked entirely in water. âMan, itâs hot as hell,â he said. âHow long were you out here?â
âNot that long, it wasnât so bad.â Not if this was the reward.
He nodded with an easy smile that showed he wasnât so sure he believed you. âWell, it should be good now. Do you have a long way to go?â
âJust to the next exit, my motelâs right off the highway.â
Only a beat passed as he considered that. âI think maybe I should trail you? Until you get into town. In case this doesnât hold out.â It startled you enough to pause before giving him a shy grin, and he seemed to mistake it for hesitation. âOr maybe to a gas station or something, not following you back toââ
âNo, no, thatâsâthatâs fine,â you answered a little too quickly. He smiled back at you, relieved. âThank you so much, seriously. I donât even know your name, you must think Iâm a total asshole.â
The dimples on both cheeks got even deeper as he extended his hand to you. âSam. Donât worry about it; Iâm glad I could help.â
It was warm as you shook it, as was everything else in the goddamned desert. Firm and gentle at the same time, calluses against the skin of your palm thick without being roughâa conscientious man who worked with his hands. âThen Sam, I feel like I should tell you that you have some grease on your chin.â Both his eyebrows lifted curiously as he tried to swipe blindly at it with also-dirty hands. You reached out, stopping just before touching his arm to stop him. âYouâreâwait, hold on, youâre making it worse,â you giggled, the grey-black spot spreading along his jaw. He glanced over to the car, trying to use the reflection in the window to see himself. Rubbing for a couple seconds didnât seem to help, and he held up a finger for you to wait.
âI just need one sec and Iâll be ready. Why donât you fire âer up and see if it feels okay to you?â
You nodded, leaving the driversâ side door open for some air flow and watching him as he walked back to the huge black muscle car heâd been in when he stopped on the road behind you. Bending down to use the mirror to help himself, he tried in vain to keep rubbing the grease off before seeming to lose patience and yanking his sweat-through shirt over his head, the cotton much more effective than his fingers alone. Your mouth dropped open a touch at the truly spectacular sight of him. His size was remarkable, of course, but it had been with his shirt on too. Without it, you saw that the glimpse of stomach youâd seen wasnât a fluke; his whole body a model of sculpted, functional muscle, the swelled shoulders of a farmer or construction worker. Wholly masculine even without the dark hair collecting into a narrow stream, pouring down his stomach and dipping underneath a non-ostentatious belt buckle. He moved economically, his limbs showing an understanding of his body in space that felt almost elegant as he cleaned himself up and walked to the trunk, trading his now-balled grey shirt for a clean white one that mustâve been stored there.
It was a shame, covering that work of art again. At the very least the freshly clothed man that walked back to you couldâve been out of any cologne ad, long lines of his legs in American jeans and boots kicking up desert dirt. You hoped you looked nonchalant by the time he got to you. âHowâs it running?â
âSeems okay, yeah.â You were going for coy but werenât quite sure you were hitting it, not wanting to seem like a nutjob in front of himâSam, a perfect name for this ultimate boy-next-door-knight-in-shining-armor, an accessible sense of rock-solidness in the sound itself. His lips split into a brilliant smile at the news.
âGreat! Okay, you ready, or do you want a minute?â
âIâm all good if you are. I honestly canât thank you enough, you totally saved meââ
Sam waved it away. âItâs really nothing. You probably did me a favor, to be honest. My brother usually works on the car, doesnât give me too many chances to stay sharp.â He smiled at your sheepishness. âSo, Iâll just, ah, follow you?â
And follow you he did. Trying your best to look casual in the event he could see you in the cab, you hunted around in your center console for any toiletries, finding a melted Chapstick that burned your finger when you opened it and a now-mushy stick of deodorant. Whatever cherry wax hadnât spilled off your hand got rubbed into your lips, and you did your best to inconspicuously fish the deodorant through the neck of your shirt for a few swipes. You didnât really know what you were even doing it forâSam was, in all likelihood, going to ensure you werenât so far from civilization that youâd die of exposure if the car broke down again and drive off to live whatever hot guy life he had, leaving you to fantasize about him in your stupid, scratchy motel bed.
The drive gave you a second to muster up the courage to bring Sam and his gigantic Chevy to the parking lot of your motel. You reminded yourself you had nothing to lose, that if you didnât go for it youâd likely never see this guy again anyway, your rejection an entirely private secret. By the time you saw the sign for vacancies, youâd almost convinced yourself it was a good idea, sticking your hand out the open window to wave Sam into the parking lot after you. When you saw his car park, you opened your door before you had a chance to talk yourself out of it.
He met you about halfway between the vehicles. âIs something wrong?â
Just an offer, donât psych yourself out. âItâs really, um, hot. Out here. My ACâs barely cutting it and Iâm betting yours isnât either. I was wondering if you would want to, you know, cool off? Inside?â
His eyebrows raised as he realized what you were asking, and his mouth formed around a silent word before he started over. âAhâyeah. Yeah, okay,â he smirked somewhat disbelievingly. âLet me just, uh, lock the car, I guess.â
You fought the urge to sell past the close and waited for him to return, feeling slightly more confident at the half-skip in his walk as he hurried to the Impala and back. The two of you walked into your room together somewhat awkwardly, standing almost close enough to touch without ever crossing the distance, reminded you were strangers in the middle of the afternoon, without cover of darkness or even a single drink to lubricate.  Inside was cool as promised though, the mechanically chilled air hitting you like a soothing curtain as you walked in. Waiting any longer would make you lose your resolve, so when he closed the door behind him a few seconds later you tried to channel someone extremely sexually confident and pressed the length of yourself up into him so that your lips could meet his.
He seemed surprised by the force behind your push, pinning his body to the wall with a tiny grunt before seeming to become ravenous, his hands running through your hair desperately as he kissed you hard. Even with it the restraint in his movements was obvious as he curved down to meet you, his frame that much larger, stronger, this close to you. You felt something animal inside you flare at his hunger, and you let your nails run a little harder than you mightâve down his chest before biting his bottom lip, drawing it away from him as he groaned. Breaking away for only a beat to tug the back collar of his t-shirt over his head, you barely had enough time to relish your skin on that which youâd so admired back on the highway ahead of his flipping your positions and hitching below your thighs to pick you up, weight suspended between his arms and the wall. It made you gasp, and you felt Samâs smirk against your lips. âNice trick,â you breathed into the space between your mouths.
âI have better ones,â he murmured, moving along your jaw to kiss-suck at your neck. You believed him entirely, feeling set alight already. A sharp sigh squeaked out when he ground some delicious trigger spot, and your head rolled back on your neck involuntarily. âOw, fuckââ you snapped as your skull clunked hard against the wallpaper.
âShit, Iâm sorry,â Sam said, reflexively covering the spot with paradoxical sweetness as his fingers dug beautiful perfect dimples into your ass. âToo rough, my badââ
âNo, no.â It was too emphatic but you couldnât be bothered to care. âRough is good, Iâm just clumsy.â
He smiled, easy and light, letting his forehead tilt to touch yours as he chuckled. The grin was infectious as it spread to you through a brief, remarkably chaste kiss. âAnd youâre sure youâre okay?â
You rolled your eyes. âShut up,â you giggled as he tucked back into your neck, his pelvis tilting under you enough to feel the thick ache of him between your legs, through your jeans. After a minute or two, Samâs arm behind your head folded somehow to become a seatbelt crossing your back and holding you to him as he walked you both to the bed, ease-dropping you down and ignoring the button and fly of your jeans in favor of shucking them off of you like some kind of cartoon, one incredibly hard pull taking them clean to your ankles as you tried not to shriek. By some miracle of modern elastic, your panties were jostled but still on as he covered your body with his, the heat of his body and the cold air of the room impossible contrast, and his fingers circled your neck. He didnât apply any real pressure; his thumb rested in the hollow of your neck as he sucked on your tongue, the feeling of being completely overwhelmed almost too much to handle.
The thumb brushed back and forth as Sam hovered for a moment, his fingers long enough to curl around the collar of your shirt with the same hand. âOff,â he growled simply, the smirk on his lips devilish. You grinned as you obeyed, shimmying out of not only your shirt but everything underneath it too, laying bare beneath him. He kissed you again before sliding down, teeth dragging lightly and stopping to catch tiny nips of skin as he moved to your hips, angling his broad shoulders and fitting through your legs to lick a firm stripe over the only fabric left covering you, the movement an electric shock.
âIâm probably reallyâah, sweaty,â you croaked.
Sam just smiled, his tongue running along the inside of his molars before he drew it through the joint of your hip, his enthusiasm vibrating through his lips. He slipped then to taste a different kind of salt-tang, the sensation so much smoother than the panties pressed against it. When you began to rock against his glistening face, he took two fingers and turned them to hook confidently inside you, the rhythm of his mouth not changing at all as if this was choreography heâd practiced dozens of times. âHoly shit,â you breathed, grabbing a handful of Samâs hair out of his eyes as he looked up at you. It was impossible not to squirm, and his other arm wrapped around your thigh like an iron bar, holding you in place while he worked magic before your body spasmed and clenched around him. He rode it out as you rode his jaw, leaving you a twitchy, heaving mess on the motel sheets.
You caught your breath together, his head resting on your leg. Feeling slightly less jellied, you scooched back on the mattress until you could sit up, watching Sam slink to his knees at the foot of the bed. Swinging yourself around to get over to him, you slid into his mouth deep-dirty, tasting yourself on his lips and sinking as he clutched at your body, pulling you down onto his lap. The still-tender wet ground against his denim and God, could he really be that big zipped through your head while he pawed at your back.  You managed to get hold of the button of his jeans, undoing them as he realized what you were doing and leaned away to help you, his stomach flattening as he flicked them open and you rolled off of him. He rose in his kneel to get at the zipper until you grabbed his hands, stopping him to do it yourself. He got to his feet, about to move to the bed again, but you stayed down, freeing the length of him from the jeans and worn plaid boxers underneath.
Fat drops of precum gathered on the tip of his cock tasted nearly sweet as they passed your lips, and Samâs head rolled back. âFuck, just like that,â he groaned as you took him into your mouth with considerable effort. You tucked an errant piece of hair behind your ear and he reached down, holding the rest back as you bobbed. He was a playground, opportunity to try all the things youâd ever been curious about with the feedback of unconscious pulsing in his hips and the gorgeous, filthy things coming out of his mouth. The end goal had almost slipped your mind completely when the hand in your hair pulled you all the way off of him, Sam looking down at you on your knees. Motel quilt on your back reminded you how close you still were to the foot board and he bent down to kiss you, curling your head back onto the fabric to scoop under your thighs again. You tried to help scramble back to the mattress but werenât fast enough as he picked you up and put you onto the bed, sucking down your neck as you giggled through the springs bouncing. âWanted to bend you over the hood of your car out there, you looked so fucking good,â he growled along your throat.
âOh yeah?â you breathed, the chills down your spine and the feeling of his body on yours more than enough to distract you from how lame that mustâve sounded.
Sam didnât seem to care, grazing his teeth along your pulse. âCouldnât stop thinking about what you looked like under those clothesââ he paused enough for you to feel the grin against you as he sucked an especially sweet spot and your breath hitched. It might as well have been one of those hypnosis recordings youâd tried a couple times to fall asleep, his low murmuring and movements slowly tugging you under a cloud of pheromone coated endorphins. âTasting youâseeing your lips around my cockââs even better than I thought.â
You whimpered like a virgin until Samâs mouth finally caught yours. He rocked crystal-hard against your thigh and a small, hungry note came from the back of his throat when you bit his lip, forcing him to break.
âDo you haveâŚ?â he asked, so close to your face you wouldâve been able to count his eyelashes.
You realized the question required a response at the same time you understood what he was asking. âYeâyeah, of course. Sorry.â Fishing your arm out from the tangle of your bodies toward the nightstand, you were nowhere close to getting to the little bag of toiletries lying there even as you twisted your torso.
âBag?â Sam asked, his arm easily long enough to cover the distance when you nodded. His skin moved across your nipples as he reached, on its own something you wouldâve been able to daydream about for months to come. Tanned fingers flicked purposefully through a handful of tampons and tiny bottles before finding a foil package he ripped open with his teeth, the hand disappearing. You felt him nudge against you before he seemed to change his mind, bringing two fingers to into his mouth while the other wound in hair at the back of your neck.
Samâs forehead pressed against yours. âBefore I get distracted.â The fingers circled before dipping inside at the same time his tongue entered your mouth. You felt remarkably like he was a predator playing with his food without caring one bit. If it had been more elegant, less primal, it couldâve been watching an expert piano player. Within a couple minutes you were clutching for purchase along his chest, his arms, anything to try to hold yourself together as you fell apart. âLook at me,â he said, the hold on your hair tightening a fraction. His eyes were lit from within when you met them, the need in them nearly frenzied as you came spasming around his fingers. âGood girl, just like that.â It was virtually guaranteed your nails would leave marks digging into him. âGod, youâre so fucking hot,â he breathed as the heaving of your chest started to even out. Â
He brushed his cock back and forth against you, pausing. âYeah?â he asked, something gentle there even with the dark hunger in his eyes. You couldnât remember ever wanting anything more than you did in that moment, squirming toward him as though you physically couldnât help it. Nodding made him grin, sly and cocky and excited, and he pushed into you.
It was slow, at firstâhis quiet, confident self-awareness that youâd need it somehow not coming off like hubris. When you hooked your leg around his hips he started rocking into you, picking up the pace as you threw your head back. Soon he was pulsing fast, forcing you to brace yourself on the headboard behind you with outstretched arms. He curved forward, his teeth catching your neck to pull a groan from it. You couldnât tell how much time had passed, endorphins suspending you in a frozen limbo you couldâve stayed in forever, when he scooped under your back and picked you up, lifting you as he laid down.
His deft movements rearranged you like a doll, legs on either side of his waist. You nearly fell forward in surprise but the thick pillar of him kept you supported like a puppet, that much deeper than heâd already been with the added gravity of your body. Each pump skewered into you in the most delicious way; for a brief, flitting second of legible thought you felt you understood how people could feel so overcome they spoke in tongues. Taking each of your hips in the broad span of his hands, Sam began to ram up into you hard and fast, some tilt hitting you just right to fall apart again, your head falling back like you were being raptured. He slowed as you came down, wrapping his arms around you to pull in for a long, filthy kiss. âI could watch you all goddamn day,â he murmured against your skin.
Again he moved you as you giggled giddily through the compliment, sliding you back on the bed and standing up. He came around the corner of the mattress and seemed to be making good on his promise, his eyes sliding over your body where you laid. Something about it, being seen like that by this glistening Tarzan, with his shining hair and perfect soft-rough balance, made you feel stripped past your skin to your bones, to the very core of yourself. An insane way to feel for a man youâd just met that day, but there you were.
For what it was worth, the smile Sam gave you in that moment was equally as insaneâyou were sure then you werenât imagining the affection there, that there was something just as sparkling in his hazel eyes as there was in the glint of his teeth. He stroked himself for a few seconds, the mere sight of your body a private piece of pornography, before grabbing behind your knees and yanking you down the mattress to where he stood, the backs of your thighs thudding against his and locking in place with his palms. The way heâd pulled you pressed his cock between your legs, as much a taunt as anything, the heat of it feeling like it throbbed against you. He rocked there, taunting with the grind before you drew back and slipped him inside you yourself. Knowing you wanted it that much made Sam bite his lip to keep from smiling too widely. With only a beat or two of buildup, he slammed into youâhands an iron grip on your thighs, pulling you in as much as he thrust forward, the force of it seeming like he could drill you right through the floor and youâd beg him to keep going.
He took a thumb into his mouth and reached down without missing a single stroke, circling your clit. âYou going to cum for me again?â he nearly murmured, low and steady.
You wouldâve done anything then, but more importantly, it seemed like your body had been crafted as a puzzle for him to take apart and wouldâve obeyed without your input. He pounded harder, riding you through the inevitable before he came himself, the muscles in his arms and abdomen clenching while his breath got rough.
The aftershocks had him bracing his weight on stretched, sculpted arms as his breathing evened out before he discreetly shucked the condom into a wastebin and laid down in one relatively fluid motion. If you hadnât been so thoroughly spent, it mightâve even seemed a little too suave, a little too practiced in its coordination. He sidled up to you, spreading his wingspan in low-pressure invitation for you to lie along his side. It feltâgentlemanly, somehow; the pretense of sex already foregone, the ruse of manners drawn away to reveal a relaxed sincerity you werenât expecting. It made the inappropriately profound crush you were developing on him worse, the hooks sunk in like ice picks.
Sliding underneath the arm and resting your head on his chest felt treacherous, but it wouldâve been more awkward not to. You half expected him to tip forward and kiss your hair, but the way his fingertips brushed back and forth on your bicep, holding you to him, was just as nice. The two of you laid for a few moments, letting your bodies soak in and the hormones float lazily through your bloodstreams.
âThanks for inviting me in,â he said after a few content minutes. His voice sounded like caramel, lilting enough you could hear the smile behind your head. Propping yourself up to your elbows, you grinned back at him.
âThanks for coming in,â you answered. He bit his lip, tracing the lines of your face with his eyes for a moment before looking up at the ceiling, letting his smile deepen enough to pull the dimples into his cheeks.
Bashful silence reminiscent of some middle school dance hung in the air just long enough to start to feel awkward, and Sam cleared his throat. âDo you, maybe, ah, wanna get something to eat?â he asked, only a note off of breezy.
The smile wiggled around on your face, threatening to beam. âSure,â you finally answered. âI could eat.â
He grinned back at you. âCool. Let me just call my brother, I was supposed to be on my way to see him before you, ah, invited me over.â
Sam did, politely covering himself with the top sheet as he sat up and grabbed his phone from the pocket of his discarded jeans. He poured into them fluidly like a glass of water filling, tucking the phone under his chin while he threw the button together and stood up. You watched him cross to the bathroom, likely looking for some privacy and throwing you a silent, unnecessary âsorry!â before snatching his shirt off the ground and closing the door behind him. Watching the slink of his spine, the jeans low-slung on his hips, even his bare feet, you were nearly thankful for the physical barrier forcing you to stop staring. You stood on then-coltish legs and tried to pull yourself together as quickly as possible, trying in vain to fix your hair in a tiny compact mirror when Sam came out, throwing his t-shirt on. âReady to go?â
      âIf you are.â
Walking together across the street was a pleasant kind of silence. Without having to fill the space with words, it the intimacy felt more lived in between the two of you than you mightâve believed if you werenât experiencing it.
You probably couldâve guessed heâd open the door for you, but it didnât make it any less gentlemanly when he did. The heat of his hand was palpable hovering over your lower back but he didnât outright guide you which was somehow more attractive, although itâs possible anything he did wouldâve been attractive at that moment. After ordering, you leaned onto the table to rest your chin in your palms.
âSo, Sam. You always so chivalrous?â
âChivalrous?â he asked, the tip of his tongue flicking out to grab his straw.
âI came three times before you were even inside me.â
Sam choked on a sip of Coke, his eyebrows raising in shock as he coughed once through it, smirking as he swallowed. âI didnât know that was chivalrous.â
You grinned, cheekily pleased youâd managed to surprise him and moving your cup out of the way as you saw the waitress walking over. âWhat would you call it, then?â
He kept smiling, dimples staying deep as he said a small âthank youâ to the waitress and graciously denied a need for anything else when she asked. When his eyes met yours again, they were coy. âGuess I hadnât thought about it.â
Picking up a fry and blowing on it, you rolled your eyes. âSounds like a yes to me. Is that some pickup artist always-leave-them-wanting-more thing?â It was Samâs turn to roll his, accepting the teasing as flirtatious as youâd hoped he would. âOr are you some mythical being luring women in on the side of the road?â
Bedroom eyes looked back at you atop his smile. âIf I remember, it was you on the side of the road.â
âDonât change the subject,â you said, hoping the heat of flattered embarrassment wasnât obvious on your face.
After a few beats he realized you were serious and stretched back in the booth, running a hand over the back of his hair. âI donât know, itâs lessâdistracting, maybe? If I donât, ah, you know, take care of it, I have a hard time not thinking about it.â
âTake care of it? How romantic,â you laughed.
âWhatever, you know what I mean. Easier to have fun if everyone is.â He rolled his eyes but seemed to be a good sport about the ribbing, grabbing a fry and biting it in half. âPlus itâs hot.â
The sly smile he gave made you giggle like a schoolgirl, and he grabbed a few more fries. He really was handsomeâgorgeous, evenâwith high cheekbones and those dimples, his neck the wide-strong of an athlete. You only knew youâd been staring when one of his eyebrows twisted up, silent curiosity of whether something was wrong.
âSo, um, what do you do?â you tried to cover, intently focusing your gaze on picking the next fry.
Sam swallowed and took a sip of his drink. âI work with my brother.â
âSame brother you called? Hope I didnât mess with your job.â
âNo, Iââ he grinned, slightly embarrassed at misspeaking. âI mean yeah, same brother. But you didnât mess with anything. And even if you had, I ahâŚI wouldnât have cared.â
That made you flush and you struggled to think of something clever to say before deciding you couldnât come up with anything, wishing you couldâve held onto the spunky, raunchy girl youâd been able to put on before you got lost traveling his face. âWhat do you guys do? Are you from around here?â Stupid, donât be clingy.
He swallowed and you worried maybe you had mis-stepped. âNot from around here. Weâre, uh, exterminators? Sort of exterminator consultants.â
âSexy,â you smirked, enjoying the reappearance of his dimples.
âFamily business, I guess. Itâs what my dad did.â He pivoted abruptly, clear but sweet Not Interested In Discussing in his tone. âMy guess is youâre not from around here.â
âOh really? What gave it away?â
His eyebrows crooked incredulously. âThe motel?â
You hoped the âfuck, rightâ didnât show on your face too clearly, winking as if it was always a joke rather than a chunk of your brain shutting down for how badly you wanted this plate of fries to last forever, to split a milkshake with two straws like teenagers after a sock hop. âMaybe you should be a detective, Mr. Exterminator.â
He smirked, but it didnât reach his eyes.
Youâre losing him. âYou must get along with your brother pretty well to work together.â
âYeah, weâyeah, we really do. Weâre a good team, I guess. Makes it a lot easier to be on the road together all the time.â
His fond smile was reassuring both in the way it seemed like you still had his attention and in the sweetness his being close to his brother showed. âHow long have you guys been on the road?â
âA while. Where are you from? Close to here?â
You took a sip of your drink to stall. âNo, not close really. Iâm just passing through.â
He considered that with a downward turn of his lips. âTo where?â
A deep breath blew out of your nose, continued inability to answer this question one of the recurring frustrations in your life. Something about Sam felt right, thoughâopen, like he would understandâand if he didnât get it, you probably wouldnât ever see him again anyway. No harm, no foul. âTo nowhere, really. You know, âfinding myselfâ or whatever,â you said, rolling your eyes to show you understood how it sounded and that you thought it was lame too even if secretly, sincerely, it didnât. âFinding yourselfâ may have been less accurate than ârunningâ, but if you were worried about scaring this guy off by wondering what he did for work, you certainly werenât going to tell him your whole life story right off the bat.
Sam looked at the table, slowly rotating his glass with his fingers. âWell if nowhere is ever close by, it would be cool to, ah, see you. Again.â He finally glanced back up when he was done speaking, as though he could handle the aftermath but not the implied question itself.
The heart thumping in your chest seemed not to remember this guy had already been inside you, ohmygodhelikesme bounding through your bloodstream and drawing a smile across your face like a crisp clean sheet. âI think that could be arranged.â
You couldâve written a bubblegum pop ballad for those dimples. Samâs tongue moved along the underside of his molars as he grinned across the table.
He paid the check without looking at it, leaving a fold of bills on the table and walking you back across the street to the motel room door like he was dropping you off at home after a date on a school night. Standing at the threshold, you struggled with the feeling that you didnât want him to leave, feeling ridiculously like you were saying goodbye to someone you really knew, not this random hot guy whoâd fixed your car and blown your back out.
âSo. See you later?â Sam asked, ruffling the hair at the back of his neck nervously.
You swallowed and nodded before pressing to your tiptoes and kissing him deeply, slipping your tongue into his mouth and biting his lower lip, dragging it a bit as you stood back. âSee you later.â
Sam smiled with his eyes closed. âKiss me like that and you might regret it,â he murmured, his hand lingering on your lower back for a beat before dropping.
âSomehow I doubt that,â you grinned into the heat of him. Â
It wouldâve been enough, the memory of the day and the way he took a few steps backward like he couldnât bear taking his eyes off you even a beat too early. But about fifteen minutes after you got back into your room, your phone went off:

Standing at the airport, you had your 11 month old on your hip- every bit her fatherâs daughter. Her dirty blonde hair left loose, as you loved how naturally wavy it was. Her green eyes currently couldnât be seen as she was napping on your shoulder, her small hand gripping your shirt. Your hand was being held by your son- his fatherâs clone. He left his hair shaggy, just like his, which only enhanced his hazel eyes. At 5, he was trying to be as much like his role model as possible. Not that you would argue.
âMommy?â Came your sonâs sweet voice. âAre they gonna be here soon?â He was getting impatient, and you knew exactly how he felt.
You smiled at him. âSoon, Danny.â You assured him, wanting to get away from the strangers taking pictures of you and your kids.
Seeing your husbandâs head above the rest, you grinned. Soon, you saw his face and he had a huge grin on it when he saw the three of you. Seconds later, you spotted your other husband, his eyes locked on the sleeping infant on your shoulder. Theyâd been away for the past two months, so he was eager to hold his baby girl. âDaddy!â Your son yelled, running to him.
Sam laughed, crouching down to scoop him up. âWow. You got so big!â He said as he moved towards you. âThereâs our gorgeous wife.â His eyes were full of love as he kissed you softly. âI missed you.â
âI missed you, too.â
Danny scrunched his nose. âEw.â Sam chuckled as he pulled away. âGross.â
Dean instantly took Levi from your shoulder, putting her on his chest. âI missed my girls.â He kissed her cheek, and then you.
You smiled. âWell, your girls missed you.â
âCome on, letâs get home before those jerks start stampeding.â Dean groaned, putting his hand on your lower back, his bag over his shoulder.
âYeah, the pictures started as soon as we got out of the car.â You sighed.
Dean shook his head. âWeâve been together 8 years, married 6, youâd think by now it wouldnât be front page news.â He rolled his eyes.
Sitting at the breakfast table in one of Samâs shirts, you sipped your coffee and started to browse the internet. Dean was still sleeping, and Sam was out swimming laps. So, you figured youâd might as well catch up on some world news.
âOh you have got to be kidding me.â You groaned, sitting back.
Your old friend, the head chef, heard you and peaked around the corner. âWhatâs wrong, doll?â The older male asked.
You sighed. âSince we went public, people are ridiculous! I mean, I was expecting pictures and all thatâŚbut really?â You motioned to the laptop. âWhat does my old job have to do with anything?â Youâd been a cook for them before you started dating 6 months prior. Now you helped out everyone in the house. You didnât âworkâ for them anymore, but you did live there.
âYou managed to snag not one, but two, of Hollywoodâs hottest men. Both Winchesters.â He pointed out. âItâll die down soon enough.â
âI hope so.â Looking over, Â you licked your lips. âNeed any help, Tony?â You smiled.
He laughed. âBored?â
Laughing, you shook your head. âI miss our kitchen talks.â Heâd always been a kind head chef, but firm.
âHow about you help with lunch. Iâm making your favorite.â He grinned when you looked excited.Â
Both kids were bathed, and tucked in. Now, it was time for the three of you to just relax. During a normal week, you spent three nights with Dean, three with Sam, alternating. Then, the last night, alternated bi weekly. So, the first week of the month the 7th day might be Sam, so the next would be Dean, going on and on. It worked well since youâd figured that out. It had taken trial and error.
Tonight, however, was a special night. Nights they got back from filming, the three of you curled up into bed together, and cuddled. Understandably, you never had sex with both at the same time. It would have been weird all around in your opinion. That didnât stop the press from writing about the insane orgies you apparently hosted.
Your head was on Samâs shoulder, his arm around you, and his hand on your stomach. Your legs were across Dean, one of his hands massaging your foot, the other on your thigh. Just having them home made your world feel more complete. âSo, I wanted to talk to you guys.â You smiled.
Sam chuckled, shaking you slightly. âOkay, doesnât sound bad.â He teased you.
âWhatâs up, babe?â Dean asked.
âI want to have our last two kids soon.â You told them. Deanâs eyebrows went out. âHear me out.â This was something youâd thought through, after all. âNot only would it put them close to age, it means that weâd wait less time for us to be able to travel with you. If we wait years before each? Thatâll mean longer times with us away from you.â
Dean nodded. âYou do have a point there.â You refused to fly when trying, especially once youâd had Danny and were trying with Dean. Flying while pregnant didnât sound comfortable, and neither did flying with a newborn. âI can agree with that if Sammy can.â
He thought about it. âWell, we will have that press thing for the movie in about 7-8 months. Would you be okay for that time by yourself? After that weâre free for a bit.â Sam added.
Smiling, you looked up at him. âHow about we plan to start trying in a couple months? Thereâs no telling if it would happen right away, and the baby would be due hopefully when youâre done, or close to done.â Of course, theyâd fly home to get to you, but they didnât want to risk missing the birth of any of their kids.
âI think thatâs perfect.â Sam agreed, nodding.
âHow old do you want them to be when we try for ours?â Dean asked. This was how things went. Things were discussed with all three of you, and planned the three of you.
You thought. âIâd like the same time frame as this one, filming permitting.â Which was always something to consider. âWeâll see what it looks like after we have baby number three.â
Sam leaned down, kissing the top of your head. âI canât wait.â He grinned. âI love watching you with the kids.â
Hearing Levi crying, you chuckled. âI got it.â Dean grinned, getting up. âIâll admit. I missed this.â He jogged up the stairs.
Shifting, your head was in his lap. âSo, four kids.â You grinned, running your fingers over his scruff. âLife will be insane.â
âIn the best way.â He added, looking towards the stairs as Dean came down holding Levi. âWhatâs up?â
Dean chuckled. âShe just wanted to be held.â Levi giggled, looking cute as she leaned on Dean. âI have a feeling this one will pose for the paparazzi.â You and Sam nodded. âCome on, kiddo. Letâs go play.â He moved to lay on his back on the floor with her, the movie simply background noise now.

Summer nights and bonfires are always a big deal. Especially when you're friends with 4 men who always has alcohol in their system. drinks were flowing through everyone's system as you all drank the night away while the fire in the middle burned brightly. you brought a friend from work along with you and the boys were more than welcoming. Josh had been singing to some song while you, Danny, Jake, and your friend Brody were all immersed in a light conversation. Sam sat next to you, swimming through his thoughts as he sipped on his drink. already lost count of how many he had. as the night progressed, Sam and Brody had awkward conversed. "I'm jealous of you." slipped Sam's mouth. before Sam could somehow find a way to cover up what he had just said, Brody looked at him confused. "what do you mean?" Sam looked at his drink and finished it, tossing it aside. "i just⌠I'm jealous of you. y/n is amazing, and to date herâŚ" Sam's eyes drifted over to you as you danced to the music with Josh around the fire, laughing away as you both almost fell. Brody watched Sam as he slowly started smiling as he watched you. "oh man you are down bad⌠lucky for you, y/n and I are just friends, I'm more after her roommate." Brody clapped his hand on Sam's shoulder pulling him closer, "go tell her how you feel, trust me" he whispered into Sam's ear as he clapped his hand on Sam's shoulder. Brody had walked off and Sam took a deep breath. "y/n⌠I need to talk to you."
