サケ
鮭（さけ）は、サケ目サケ科に属する魚の一種で、川と海の両方で生活する回遊魚です。生まれた川を下り、海で成長してから、産卵のために再び川を遡上する習性を持っています。この行動は「母川回帰」と呼ばれ、鮭の特徴的な生態です。鮭は成長過程で銀色に輝く体色となり、海で数年を過ごし、産卵期になると体色が変化し、赤やピンク色に染まります。この時期の鮭は「紅鮭」とも呼ばれます。鮭は栄養価が高く、特に脂の乗った秋鮭は人気です。塩焼きやホイル焼き、刺身など様々な料理で楽しめます。また、卵はイクラとして親しまれ、世界中で愛される食材となっています。
