Anyone who presents themselves as different or queer can relate to these words and feelings. Over the past week I’ve put every spare minute I’ve had into this piece. It’s not my usual but the scenes so affected me that I felt compelled to make this. Hundreds of layers, 14 hours of pencil time recorded and that’s not including the time I spent staring at it nit picking and struggling with all sorts of things. I’m so happy this show resonates with so many women and I hope to have done it some justice.
