This will basically explain the numbered plots on the map. Saldon is a frozen planet. Its inhabitants are quite resilient seeing as the record high temperature in the last century was -175 degrees Celsius. Aka:-283 degrees Fahrenheit. This makes it virtually impossible for invading races to successfully invade. The landscape is basically, snow, ice, frozen trees, and mountains.
The Skal Mountain Range. This mountain range is home to the tallest mountain on Saldon. Mount. Skal, obviously enough. It is a whopping 6,000 miles above sea-level.
The Unnamed Sea. This sea has mysteriously never been named. Now, thanks to lore, it is called the Unnamed Sea. Ironic, I know.
The Gulf of Duur (Dir). This is a massive ocean that borders the massive country of Duur (Dir)
The Taal Mountain Range. This mountain range serves as a natural barrier between two countries to be later revealed. The only way across is a rigorous natural path only large enough for the inhabitants on foot.
Aldoros Tundra. This Tundra spans from the Taal Mountain Range to the Zandour River. It houses most of the wildlife, being the warmest region of the planet.
Kaspiruun Lake. Well, when I say lake, I mean an ocean roughly the size of Planet Earth. This ocean is frozen over, seeing as it's located directly on the Polar Spring.
Zandour River. This river spans most of the South-Western Hemisphere. It also serves as a natural barrier between two countries.
Kur Lake. Yet another lake/ocean, except for much smaller. Serves as a natural barrier.
Kelder Mountain Range. The final mountain range. Also serves as a natural barrier.
