But bonds can also weaken over time if they arent consistently charged after some months. Say distance, negligence, negative feels about their bound partner. Sometimes feels can get so sour that they don't even realise the vond is weakening until its too late — though this mostly happens to weaker or fresh lords who are reckless or oblivious of their 'magical assets'

Osbajdjsj yeah you can use praying and baptism but the bound soul eill have to keep up a routine + not do it at the demon's notice (aka hide it as lost snd soured feelings) so that they arent interruoted

This only works for concieved bonds. Binding contracts require full on exocism levels of prayer and that can take a good amount of time that isnt affordable depending on hoe powerful the demon noble us to findinf them asap

The bonds can be healed back and pain eroded by quick rebonding or binding. If not done asap then a numbness will fill that absence, and the longer it takes then the longer it takes for the numbness to leave

Though contract bound souls feel much less emotional pain, moreso physical pain, and it numbs like a wound that they just gotta endure
