Why Sagitta represents Gianluca correctly?

Sagitta is bassically an arrow and while it's mythology changes, such as being one of Cupid's love arrows, one of Hercules' arrows in his labors or the arrow that Apollo used to kill the Cyclopes.

The basics is that Sagitta is an arrow and therefore a weapon. I can see Gianluca using any weapon, specially if they have edges and are pointy to harm or kill his enemies.

I don't think Gianluca knows how he's suppoused to to use an arrow, but well, I think he doesn't seem to mind...

Surely Astro must send someone to watch Sagitta when she goes out after all she is daddy's precious princess????

They do actually have a social network already. It's one on their mirros that's basically the equivalent of twitter. (I think I called it the mirrorverse or something like that). And definitely no gods involved in running it lol. Astro would have that banned in a minute.

Sagitta does like to go out when she has time. Since she's usually busy practicing how to takeover for Amber she doesn't like to go too far in case something happens, but she does like going out to parties or concerts sometimes (in Mewni or on Earth). She usually spends her free time at home playing videgames or flying in the area on Chispa. (Though Astro and Amber do encourage her to go out more since they want her to have as much free time as possible before she takes the throne).

Astro declares war on Sandor. When you date the king's daughter, you have to tread very carefully.
