Day 2 of first vacation in two years: I’ve not shared this with many, but about six years ago I rode a bike from downtown Manhattan, across the Brooklyn Bridge, through Brooklyn, and back across the Manhattan bridge into our starting point. For those of you who know now, my love of the bike—it would be hard to believe that at one point there was a love/hate relationship. Well, there was. Back then, I was at my worst shape, the unhealthiest I’d ever been, and the tour guide may have said, “You know? We can’t wait for you all day.” I was devastated. But what I do have to thank that tour guide for a that it fueled me to make a change. Ya’ll—that day in NYC, on a bike that wasn’t mine, or at all in love with, is a reminder that me day I would fall for my true love. Riding my bike is always a spiritual experience, but today, riding in the motherland—was a religious experiment like none other. #SaddleTime #LasCrucesNTulum #GabesGettingHitched #Day2 #RogueRubioGoingForIt (at Tulum Beach) https://www.instagram.com/p/BoNccJ7AXGf/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=14r3bgnhhvxvu
