(WARNING THERE MIGHT BE SPOILERS IN THIS POST!!!) Cynthia is my favorite character in Ginny and Georgia, even though she's little bit of a bitch at first and her son bullies Austin (which is probably because he has hard times at home because of his father's condition, and usually when someone bullies others is because they have hard times in their live and making someone else feel bad may somehow lift their own mental state because they feel that they are higher than the others). But I would say that "don't judge the book by it's covers", Cynthia is strong character who tries to keep their armor on, but under all that there's a mother who's working on a business, running a neighbourhood club, being a mother and taking care of her dying husband. She's strong but also vulnerable, she's not a villan she just needs to keep the armor on, keep the act on that "everything is perfect and amazing" because she doesn't want to show her vulnerability. I would literally hug her, comfort her, telling everything's fine and that everything is going to sort out by time. I personally feel that Cynthia is a little bit underrated character. She may first seem like a "rich mom" type of person, but underneath that there is a mother who's working on a business and neighbourhood club. She's raising her son and taking care of her husband at the same time. She wants to show everyone that "everything is perfect, amazing and that there's nothing wrong," while in reality, she's just tired and feeling sad of watching her husband dying and even more because Zach needs to watch that too which explains his behaviour towards Austin. Zach isn't cruel by nature he's just scared, confused, he's losing his dad and watching his mom fall apart quietly. I don't see Cynthia as a villain at all. Through the time I have watched Ginny and Georgia, I've started to learn and see her thru the first season her struggles at home, her tiredness and her use of an armor so no one would realise how she's actually feeling and how her life is really going. She's a strong, caring person and a mother, and I think she really deserves a hug. And yeah, I've started to rewatch Ginny and Georgia because why not? It's a good show. And I don't know the sudden need to talk about my favourite characters, but I like to share my own opinions and to hear other peoples opinions as well. And most likely, there's going to be more of these kinds of posts
