He watched her silently, completely invisible and hidden away from her gaze. She had no knowledge he was there. There was no way for her to. She was organic, immortal and never aging, now, but she did grow once. He, however, had no physical form. His true form was omnipresent, an invisible blanket that canopied over the whole planet. He could give himself a form, but it was a facade and only possible because he willed it so.
Ramun gave a sigh, leaning back into her cushioned chair. It sunk with her weight. She swiped a hand in the air across the projection before her and it vanished. Sabis had become so accustomed to watching her he grew empathetic to every emotion she experienced. He could dissect her expressions, facial and bodily, and understand just exactly how she’s feeling.
This has been going on for thousands of years. He was waiting for the right time. He trusted himself to know when that would be.
