A Conversation Across Borders
Hello! Are you there? I am looking for someone. A conversation across Borders. From Vietnam to Argentina, From Asia to South America.
My name is Taylor and I live in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I am waiting for the result of the programe that I applied. It will take place in Thailand - a country is near to mine. While I am spending my time on Youtube, I had a look on a SABF conference last year and now I want to attend.
CONGRATULATIONS! I am selected but I can not join because I do not have enough money. Flight ticket, VISA, personal expenses,... well, I see...A lot. I hope there will be an angel come to say hi :”)
In the video, I saw many people with different colors, faces, backgrounds. They were wearing suit and formal clothes which I love to put it on. It makes me feel professional, beautiful and matured. Then, they discussed about everything that happened in this big world. They do not need to be 30, 40, 50, or 60 to save the planet. Look at them - my generation, I feel proud. I want to listen to them and share with them about my stories. They all look nice and very friendly. The language they speak are English and French. As I can see, some people had headphone. Woahhh. That is so cool when different language can stop us to communicate and understand. That is already a mean of #HumanTechnology. On the other hand, I saw cookies, cakes, games, pictures,... that I wish I could be there. Now, I am listening to random music and thinking about the way. At the moment is Fifth Harmony - Work. hahaha. Is it a good news that I can do it? well. who knows?
I will not attend this year, but I hope I will next time. Even though I am home, I will you all at home. I am going to update the information and be jealous when i see your pictures/videos. I wish all the delegates had good quality time, safe, healthy, lucky and successful. And now “Worth it” is playing. This song is suitable to boost my feeling up. However, it is not work this time :”(
Anyway, I am sending love, energy and wishes to the conference and wish you all best of the world. Say hi to everybody that I do not have a chance to meet!
