I'm not sure why the r-slur is the only slur I have such a visceral reaction to. Obviously, seeing and hearing people that have no right to reclaim the n-word or g*psy(or any other slurs) angers me, but the r-slur? I feel it in my heart. It's a similar feeling as when I'm anxious and it immediately ruins my mood, no matter who says it (obviously, people that can reclaim it can say it, but my brain doesn't care)... like, i will be watching an older anime and the (fan)subs will use r*t*rd instead idiot or stupid(which is what was actually said) and I will go from 🥰 to ☹ real fast to the point that sometimes, I will have to stop watching for sometimes and distract myself... The weird thing is... this slur don't apply to me (i don't think? I have adhd, depression and anxiety..) and i don't remember ever being called it, or hearing it much IRL except for a couple times when it was some french variations.
Any of you knows wwhy? 😔
oh what's that you're drawing, jimmy?

POYO BACKSTORY
!! WARNING !!
gore and slight sexual themes are ahead !!
plus this is gonna suck tbh , first time writing something on here that’s serious
The wind blew harshly against the side of the multicolored house, the shutters hitting against the wooden exterior in swift swings. Most of the time this weather was expected before a storm, and a certain orange bear had been expecting the storm for months now, but wasn’t around to actually fix her own house up before it actually had hit. Said female was seated in a chair within her basement, purple eyes staring at the shattered picture frame in her hands, glass shards littering the concrete flooring around her hunched over form. It was obvious she had been crying for a while now, bags evident under her eyes and cheeks a dull red-ish hue to announce her blue attitude. Hiccups racked her body as she felt her gloved grip tighten around the black border of the framing of her favorite picture. It was a picture of her and her previous lover, whom was now ... gone, to a degree. The actual picture itself was slightly scorched at the bottom, cigarette ashes on a couple glass shards that were still connected to the framing of the photograph. Choking out another sob, Poyo reached a free hand up to her face and rubbed at her eyes, setting down the frame, removing the photograph that reminded her of so much pain within her life.
She remembered the other’s face as clear as day, how perky the girl was when she was with Poyo. Who knew Poyo was just a pawn to get closer to her best friend? A shaky sigh shook it’s way out of her figure as she looked up and gazed at the flower clock upon the wall. Her gaze held sadness and pain within them, eyelids closing momentarily as she coughed into her fist, head shaking faintly as she allowed her ears to perk back up at the sound of a door slamming. What could it have been? There’s nobody else who lives with her, except a handful of cats that she found within the dark alleys of the city. Gulping, the 21 year old bear folded up the picture and slid it into her shorts back pocket. Stumbling a bit, she approached the stairwell leading back up to the still gradually dark scenery of her house. Blinking, she could’ve sworn she saw a glitchy figure appear and disappear all within a split second. Eyes blown wide, she reached both hands up and rubbed ferociously at her eyes, “Am I hallucinating again?” she mumbled out, still extremely on edge now from both odd events happening in the same timespan.
Lowering her arms, she turned away from the stairwell slowly to be met with a heavy stench of blood and vomit in the air. Now more than mortified, her purple eyes had landed on a decaying corpse in the previously empty corner of the dark basement. It’s eyes were completely empty aside from this nauseating glare of white within the eyes. Was it alive? Poyo couldn’t tell, and being the dumbass she was, decided to get a little closer. Kneeling down at a reasonable distance away, she began to inspect the corpse a bit better. The body was a dull green color, almost an olive looking complexion now. It’s lips gnarled and decaying like the rest of it’s body, some blood seeped from it’s nose still, which confused Poyo deeply. It’s dead. But the eyes gave a different message, at least at the moment. The white pin-pricks looked behind Poyo, trying to get the other to turn around to look at what it was looking at, all the while a storm was raging on upstairs. Poyo glanced back slightly, trying to see if she could trust this.... thing-.. “If you’re tricking me...” Poyo started, turning around all the way to look at the wall it had gestured to with it’s eyes(?). The orange bear blinked and stared at the medieval looking wall, standing up at an alarming rate as she reached a level of panic that was nearly impossible. Turning back around quickly, she opened her mouth as if to address the corpse once more, but realized that nothing was there.
“I could’ve sworn--....” she whispered, purple eyes holding panic, confusion, and fear of the unknown as she turned back around to face the wall she had previously looked at. Blinking a few times, she realized she was probably in a deep state of hallucination, one of the side-effects she was told she’d have from a prescription medication she was given by her doctor. Poyo allowed her shoulders to go lax, her eyes scanning the room before taking a couple steps forwards into the new scenery. To the right of her figure, there were multiple whips and cages along the bricked walls, some of the cages holding animals of all shapes and sizes. Her gaze landed on a grizzly bear, it looked so defeated and almost like it was dying then and there. She ripped her attention from the dying bear to look to the left of herself, taking note of every single chained up monster. Her eyes were blown wide once she saw one that looked like herself, body going tense as she made eye contact with it.
“This just has to be a fucking dream--... It’s so surreal but seems like it’s all happening in real life...” she said to herself, slowly taking a few steps forwards. She made sure to keep away from the monsters that were thrashing around, and made her way to the one that looked almost identical to herself. As she got closer, she began to take in their appearance. They were a light blue color, particles radiating off of their frail form as if they were a glitch in a videogame. Poyo also noticed how their eyes looked exactly like hers, just one of them being blurred out by something black and sticky, almost like it was consuming the other’s being. The orange bear looked back at the other monsters, blinking and putting two and two together. “They’re all experiments.. What’s even creepier is they all look like people I’ve met or known in my life--” She assessed, deciding it’d be best to get the fuck out of this surreal hallucination. “First of all,, though--” She began to say again, turning back to the glitchy being with a determined glint in her purple eyes, all fear being replaced with a hate of her subconscious. Reaching hands out, she grabbed the chains that bound the holographic being against the wall, and ripped them out of the wall. However, doing this also lead to the wall crumbling entirely and for the scenery to change again, only this time the other bear was transported with Poyo.
The holographic female looked startled, attempting to process what the fuck was happening. “Wh--” The blue female had started, but was quickly cut off by a panicked Poyo, “Don’t move.” The order was lost upon the new character, the other taking a shaky step forwards and nearly falling off the platform which they were on. Releasing a startled yell that reverberated off the walls of the closing room, she was grabbed by the back of her shirt by the orange bear herself. Both girls were forced to practically hold onto each other, the two looking around in horror as they took note of how many things were happening at once. Memories displayed on screens on each side, multiple screens were glitching as they showed a single scene, Poyo being abused by family members, and being raped by multiple people. The orange bear felt her throat start closing in on itself, almost as if she could feel her father’s iron grip around her neck, the harsh lashes of her mother’s hands against her face and back.
All of this was halted though, everything frozen in time as Poyo stood there shaking like a leaf.
“This is why she left me, I’m too weak.”

Yeah, every bonebrained dipshit that I ever see online anywhere that actually posts the 'R' Word, I just summarily Block their blockworthy ass. #Jussayin'…
History of the R-Word, MAGA's Favorite Slur
On the evening before Thanksgiving, the president of the United States took to his social media platform to claim in a lengthy screed that immigration was destroying the country. In one spurious example Donald Trump offered in his Truth Social post, he warned, falsely, that “hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia” were “completely taking over the state” of Minnesota, with dangerous…
The "R" word is offensive, so stop using it.
Warning: Deals with both a topic, and terms, that may be offensive to some readers and, honestly, why it should be. The R word – the term that no one should be using in this day and age, so much so that I probably don’t have to spell it out but I will just this once and then I won’t ever say it again. Retarded. The problem I have with this term is the same as many others this has been used…
