Otto gets married to Valeria, Mayday and Rachel leading to Jaune and Doom standing awkwardly together during the reception until Jaune approaches Doom and tells him, since now that he's family, he is obligated to come to family dinners and will always be welcome in his home, even if the rest of the hero community doesnt like it.

This shocks Doom slightly as he didnt expect Jaune to welcome him into the family but Jaune would know how much Doom means to his goddaughter and as such he will be welcome in his home leading to Doom eventually feeling comfortable with taking the mask off in Jaunes home with no one judging or pitying him, simply embracing this new slightly strange family member

Doom: Arc, thank you for once again for inviting me over for thanksgiving, though, I could've prepared a feast back it Latveria.

Jaune: *Chuckles* Valeria said as much, but she thought something more... Modest.

Doom: This was her idea?

Jaune: Yeah. She said and I quote: "My uncle sometimes needs to stop being the great and powerful Doom and just be Victor once in a while"

Doom: *Sighs* It does sound like something she'd do... Your son has made her soft, Arc.

Jaune: Is that really a bad thing?

Doom: ... I suppose not. However, soon, we shall have a gathering in Latveria, and it will be a grand feast. One that will offically celebrate Valeria's union between her, Mayday, Rachel, and Otto.

Jaune: Sounds good to me... But just to let you know, Peter's going to be telling jokes all day.

Doom: I am prepared.

Jaune: Garrus? What's that you got there?

Garrus: I'm not entirely sure, I think it's an old lie detector or something.

Jaune: Did C-sec ever use lie detectors?

Garrus: Not sure, I don't really remember.

Jaune: Well, does it even work?

Garrus: Only one way to find out. *He sets up the lie detector and the two sit down at the table* Alright tell a lie.

Jaune: Ummm, I don't have any self esteem issues anymore. *The lie detector beeps red* Ok I still do I just don't like talking about it. *The lie detector beeps green* What about you Garrus, you have anything to hide like... daydreaming about Ashley?

Garrus: What? I don't daydream about Ashley. *Red beep* Ok sometimes, *red beep* half of the time, *red beep again* fine most of the time. *Green beep*

Jaune: Knew it

Garrus: Oh come on like you don't daydream too, and besides you always give Tali and Jack a good time with your "longsword".

Jaune: C'mon man I wouldn't say that, it's average size. *Red beep* okay but it's not too big, *red beep again* it's not too big it wouldn't be considered normal for humans, *red beep again* I-uhhh...well if I was in a room with nine other guys I wouldn't be number one. *Red beep* ...they would at least have a fair chance? *Red beep again*

Garrus: Uh huh.

Jaune: This thing has to be broken. *Red beep again and he takes off the piece connecting him to the lie detector*

Garrus: C'mon Jaune don't be like-.

Jaune: Be like what? *He wonders why he stopped, he turns around and sees Tali right behind him*

Chakwas: As you can see via the X-Ray's your hip bone is fractured, which means you're gonna need a lot of rest and relaxation, but no, and I fucking mean it this time, sex. Are we clear.

Jaune: *Embarrased* Understand it doctor.

Tali: *Drugged up to ease the pain* I'd do it again...

Any updates when the next chapter drops? (Been reading and had a ton of fun with this crossover, not to mention, been curious about the ship choices for Bambies making appearances but that's a question for another time)

The next chapter should be coming out soon! I just gotta finish writing the fight scene between Jaune and Ikkaku.

Yes, Jaune can use two different Grimm once he gets his second slot; however, if I decide to give Jaune a third slot, it might go: Grimm + Grimm + Dust

Paramecia: Spot-Spot fruit it would basically just turn him into The Spot from spider verse

Logia: Metal-Metal Fruit, let's him create, control and turn into metal. At first Jaune could only do iron but post timeskip he'll learn how to make any metal including alloys

Zone: Octo-Octo Fruit Model giant red, gives him all the ability of an octopus

Fun fact octopus are able to regrow limbs if lost and with aura I feel like Jaune would be able to do that near instantly, I chose this one because how funny Cinders reaction to this would be

Ancient Zone: Dragon-Dragon Fruit Model velosaraptor, Obviously I had to give him some kinda pack animal and I feel like this suits him best since going by the other wierd dino fact we learned in Wano he could probably spawn a pack

Mythical Zone: Dragon-Dragon Fruit Model Tarasque, something to tie into Jaune's French inspiration, unlike all the others Jaune would get this one during the raid on Onigashima from one of Kaidos crew members as for the powers it basically just turns him into Bowser

All of these sound good, so I can't really decide which one's best!

However, I think the best options are either:

The Spot-Spot Fruit, Metal-Metal Fruit, and the Octo-Octo Fruit Model giant red.

Spot-Spot might make for some epic comedy!

Metal-Metal would be some ultimate defence type stuff, and Jaune's is more of a tank anyway!

There are two ice queens on the multiverse that Jaune needs to romance: Esdeath, and Elsa

Esdeath needs to bear the full might of Jaune 'fix'em all' Arc, while Elsa could use a real knight in her life

Jaune would have to work hard to fix Esdeath. If Tatsumi couldn't get that woman to turn, Jaune's gonna have to show her why he's "Stronger" than her to get her to change sides!

Also, whenever I think of Crossover ships with Disney princesses, I can't help but think of Sukuna and Cinderella XD

Though I think Jaune X Elsa might work, especially since Elsa might just remind him of Weiss, though with literal ice powers.

About your Re:Zero story, I remembered a quote from Star Wars that perfectly encapsulates Jaune, and how he constrasts from RWBYNPRO:

IDK if I have an exact favorite, but if I did, it would very likely be Ruby. She's easily the most relatable, but yes, Yang does come close. I think they all do, imo.
