Confession: I love to run! ππΏββοΈππ½ββοΈπββοΈβ£β¨β£β¨Iβve run 4 half marathons and the endorphins you get after a great run are NEXT LEVEL.β£β¨β£β¨BUT, up until recently, I hadnβt really run much in the past 8 years πβ£β¨β£β¨Just like my gym journey, I tried to do things on my own without proper education, pushed myself too hard, and paid DEARLY for it with injuries.β£β¨β£β¨It makes such a big difference to have an expert coaching you through each step of the way, from warm to cool down and everything in between. I never thought I would enjoy having a running coach but my new workout program is proving me very wrongβ¦ and I LOVE IT!β£β¨β£β¨I can confidently say running is not easy.
