Il nome nasce dall’idea di un piccolo gruppo di runners che si allenava sui sentieri del Monte Canto, simbolo dell’Isola Bergamasca e ottima palestra all’aperto per allenarsi in mezzo alla natura.

Canto di Corsa è sport, passione e condivisione. La squadra per loro è tutto e le singole debolezze vengono compensate dalla forza del gruppo. Determinazione è la parola chiave: ogni gara è una conquista e la fatica viene sempre ripagata da grandi soddisfazioni. Durante le competizioni si cerca di mantenere un ritmo costante per combattere la stanchezza, in quel momento la concentrazione fa la differenza: è importante essere focalizzati su se stessi e sul proprio corpo, anche se gli sguardi dei compagni sono sempre di sostegno. Ogni passo qui è importante, ogni salita è un traguardo, ad ogni sforzo si scopre di avere dentro una forza incredibile.
