Siri Sunday; I make voice notes when driving in my Jeep. I guess it’s like talking to yourself? Ha ha whatever! Speak it into existence 🫵 Recap: I completed #runforyourlife (7) days of running on an empty stomach every morning for 30 minutes last week. I incorporated weights, yoga and meditation. I also played my drums! That said, I’ve been feeling better than I have in a long time. Maybe the best I’ve felt in the last 5 years? My conclusion: *Run for your life! As much as I love interior design and being a drummer, maybe wellness and mental health awareness could be my calling for the future. When you are dealing with crippling anxiety, heartbreak, depression or just an uneasiness in your stomach, and you don’t know what to do. *Wake up, go for a jog on an empty stomach for 30 minutes. Do it 7 days in a row. Tell me how you feel. Force yourself to do it. No matter how hard! My chiropractor, @thegoodchiropractor in LA taught me this and I promise it works.
