Can't the MC and RO's sire a heir with magic regardless their genders? Like in some games such Choice of Romance. I thought because the world has magic, they could do something like that? Even if MC doesn't have magic, a magical ritual with the help of a witch or a magician could work. That's just my suggestion. What about adopted kids as heirs?
Hello, thanks for reading! Magic babies will not be possible, as the magic laws I set down are only usable through equipment. No one will be able to use magic like in traditional fantasy setting fiction. There are also no 'magical' witches and magicians in this world, only the blacksmiths capable of forging new magical equipment using soul gems. Adoption could totally work, BUT no one would ever accept them as your heir. The reason being is that only "Those with the bloodline of the original holder of the Blessed Silver Armor and Silver Sword can properly use them." It's literally a system that can prove the legitimacy of the royal family and nobles. I hope this makes sense, and I don't want everything to fall into place for the MC so easily. I set these rules into place BEFORE I EVEN WROTE so I wouldn't try breaking them later on just because I really like this character and want them to be happy.
