"Meybe so...did you see her muscles??. The aliens must be pushing her so hard."

It seems particular, i would expect that Centaur being so Big and predators would be towards the strong individuals that could show their strength indicating their health but seeing that a muscular individual points to something bad left me wondering...are Centaurs more for fatter individuals? Like "More fat=succesfull hunt"?

New to this posting thing, but figure I’ll respond a few months late to the April Fools call for RTTS ocs.

This is Dalumi! He’s a shess xenolinguist living and working on a fast courier named Stonedrake. He initially went up with a multi-clan group of centaur diplomats who were looking to understand other sophonts and make interstellar connections without going through the embassies, with a secondary goal of advancing cooperation of the shess clans. The group, let by the matriarch Eitwal, contracted the Martian ship Stonedrake to help transport them in their tour of human systems.

During the tour, they were caught in the New Olympia system during a period of unrest volatile enough that the BFGC shut down gate transit into and out of the system. Five years later, the gates reopened, and Dalumi chose to stay with the crew of the Stonedrake as a translator and logistical coordinator while he dealt with newfound feelings of endearment to the aliens who had become a second clan over those five years. His old commitments on the homeworld still await him, and he’s been living in limbo between the clan he was born in and the clan he has found among the stars.

He’s experimentally masculine, using he/him as opposed to the neutral pronouns usually used by centaurs.

A few of his likes include:

Learning about other cultures, especially human and avian ones. Finds bug ferret media a bit too dense.

Old visual media, like art, comic books, and animation.

Books, mainly centaur and English, as he reads those languages the best.

Collecting knives and other forged knick-knacks

Cozy things like flannel, soft blankets, plushies, and wood fires. Likes wearing human-style clothes because of how soft they are.

Hydroponic gardening, even if the room is small.

He mainly handles supply and fuel logistics for the Stonedrake in addition to coordinating the ship’s calendar alongside Kendrik, the ship’s security specialist. Dalumi also works as a translator, possessing knowledge of numerous centaur languages while currently learning Portuguese.

Vivaan and Julian love each other very much, though sometimes Vivaan can be a bit.. overprotective

as their clan’s ngthan champion, Leski stands at 14ft. they don’t like aliens very much and think they’re ruining native centaur cultures.
