Well, I assume Drago would force him to watch. Krogan would 100% be terrified.
He'd want to do something. Rip Drago's head clean off, grab Mitzy and run away from this horrid wedding, but fear would force him still and he would do nothing.
Krogan would feel pathetic afterwards. Probably wouldn't eat or drink. The thought of his step-daughter being married to a man he knows will torture her will eat at him. He'd probably blame himself for not even attempting to stop the marriage.
His thoughts would constantly be on Mitzy, causing his performance to falter. Drago would notice. Of course he would. The worst part is that, he probably wouldn't be angry. He'd know just by the look on Krogan’s face that he was thinking of Mitzy. Drago would gloat, show off Mitzy like some object.
He'd make sure Krogan would get a front row seat of it as well. If there's one thing that hurts Krogan more than physical pain, it's seeing his daughter in pain and knowing he can't help her.
