Hello! I think this is the first actual ask I ever got!

To your questions, I'll see what I can answer. I won't say exactly what spoiler things I saw recently, I can say it was related to future character stuff that I wasn't aware of yet. Some things I suppose I already knew even before ever getting into RQG just from what you hear in adjacent fandoms. But actual specific plot points I barely knew anything before and still don't (which is good!). I really like how a lot of things happening are catching me by surprise. [As of writing this I am in the middle of Bertie's Sidequest, so past episode 39]

It took me some time to really get into RQG because it was very hard for me to follow the plot in the beginning and I also just wasn't much invested in the characters in the early episodes (would very much want to relisten to those episodes after I finish the show). To be honest, any combat scenes still get a bit confusing for me to follow but it has def gotten easier. (I'm just not that used to following along on TTRPGs)

I have heard similar things to how I felt from some other people, how they expected the podcast to just be goofy at first and then over time realized it was a lot more. I do feel though like most good shows they are really funny but at the same time have profound plot and character depths and can get very heavy and dark.

Fave character would still be Zolf for now I think but all of them have very much grown on me a lot and I love their different dynamics and all of them are just really interesting characters to me for different reasons. Will probably write about it more at some point. I don't want this response to get too long.

Theories I don't really have much I think. Keeping an open mind for whatever is going to happen. I suppose there may be some things I suspect based on the few spoilers I have heard and whatever was hinted in the show. I also have too much shame still to actually be posting about theories when they might be very off and get disproven over the course of the show.

I will try to keep blogging throughout my RQG listen and probably be posting some more about it when I am through and have a full picture of everything.
