Unless you’re an expert binger, it can be hard to set aside time to catch up on your favorite hourlong shows. Enter Quibi. The new video streaming service—yup, that’s right, there’s another streamer you’re going to want to sign up for—makes bingeing quick and easy. Quibi’s library will boast movie-quality shows featuring some of Hollywood’s biggest names, along with modern takes on movies like How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. The best part? You don’t need to dedicate an hour, or even 30-minutes to the app’s programming. New episodes and movie chapters will be offered daily in 10-minutes or less, meaning you can squeeze in a few minutes of entertainment on your lunch break, in line at the grocery store, in the bathroom (we all do it). And you won’t have to pause in the middle of a scene.

With so many streamers hitting the market, we’ve gone ahead and rounded up everything you need to know about Quibi ahead of its launch.

What is Quibi?

Quibi describes itself as quick bites, big stories. The app is a short-form streaming service for your phone that will offer original content every day. So while you won’t be able to watch Friends or The Office, there will be plenty of fresh new shows and movies featuring A-listers like Jennifer Lopez, Darren Criss, Laura Dern, Liam Hemsworth, Sophie Turner, Demi Lovato and more!

The app will offer three categories of content:

1. “Movies Told in Chapters,” which will, you guessed it, be told in chapters that are 7 to 10 minutes long.

2. “Episodic, Unscripted and Docs” that will cover a wide range of topics, including food, fashion, travel, animals, cars, music, sports, comedy, talk, variety, documentary and docuseries.

3. “Daily Essentials​” that will provide the news and information in 5 to 6 minutes.

How will Quibi be releasing content?

The mobile app will drop one episode of “Movies Told in Chapters,” five episodes of “Episodic, and Unscripted Series and Docs” and 25 “Daily Essentials” every single day.

How much does Quibi cost?

Subscribers will have two different options. If users don’t mind commercials, then they can pay $4.99 per month. However, for those who don’t enjoy having their shows interrupted, then they can pay slightly more ($7.99 per month) for no ads.

When does Quibi launch?

The app will be available April 6, 2020.

Where can you watch Quibi?

The stream of content being developed at Quibi keeps on flowing, with Darren Crissbeing the latest name to attach himself to the forthcoming Jeffrey Katzenberg-founded platform.

The “Glee” and “American Crime Story” star is set to lead, executive produce and write original songs for “Royalties,” a musical comedy series which is described as a satirical take on the untold stories of songwriters behind the world’s biggest hits.

The show follows the ascent of a ragtag songwriting duo, Sara and Pierce (Criss), as they navigate the challenges of creating a great song, week after week. Each episode will feature real-life music personalities portraying fictitious pop stars. Criss is co-writing the series with longtime collaborators Nick and Matt Lang.
