Attendees love round table discussions because it gives everyone a chance to take part in the conversation. 🙂 To run a successful discussion first define the purpose and goal. Give everyone a chance to speak by limiting the size of your groups to 5-7 participants. Who you choose to moderate the conversation can be the difference between a good event or flop. Assign a time limit for each table to share their insights and engage in further discussion. Next provide time to 'silent vote'.
