Was rewatching “F.R.I.E.N.D.S.” And I’m on that “we were on a break” episode. The audacity Ross has to be angry at Rachel after sleeping with another woman. With in 24hrs. And then proceeded to tell his ex-wife false story! Ugh, I hate him so much here. And the rest of the friends were so terrible for feeling bad for ROSS and they didn’t care for Rachel enough. I will never get over how terrible Monica’s mom is. There are so many comically terrible moms in tv, but she really pisses me off for some reason. Maybe it’s because she’s so passive aggressive?
All the jokes about Monica being a fat child, insults about her appearance, prioritization of Ross over her.
The worst of all is probably her parents spending all of Monica’s wedding fund on their beach house when she was only 24. They even contributed to Ross’ second wedding, but couldn’t be bothered to save any for Monica’s first.
At that point, I would be no contact with them or at less the mom.
