And not to compare Toby to Ross Geller but. Especially in the headcanons around Toby having cheated on Andy at least once, or not coming home for the last miscarriage Andy had during the marriage (he did for the first two, he held her hand for the first two, but the third was Just So Close to the DNC during the Bartlet campaign. She said it was fine. Fine.). Toby has started talking about the ways he fucked up with Andy and then had that quiet moment of "... she probably should've filed sooner."
