Finally... FINALLY I sat down and made myself a new avatar, the former one was from all the way back in September 2018 so it needed an update BAD x’D
I did quite a few new things this time, one of them being actually changing Belle’s facial features to make her look more plump like me. The body is from a plus-size model showing off one of my favorite tops from Rosegal, so that was also a new thing; drawing over real clothes. I’ve done that before, but not for an avatar.
Side note: If you’re a big girl, I recommend checking out Rosegal’s plus size section. They have SO MUCH awesome clothes (also non plus size as well) and it’s pretty cheap for the quality you get. I’ve only been disappointed with ONE item, and it was an obvious gamble based on the picture, so that was my own fault x’D
Another new addition is the necklace my mom gave me this Christmas of the tree of life. The tree of life has multiple symbolism, but the one that made my mom get it for me, is the Charles Darwin one. But also, she gave it to me to symbolize a new beginning since 2019 has literally been the year in my life where so much happened.
New education and career choice? Check. First time romantic relationship? Check. Suddenly having to deal with the realization of trauma that I had repressed? Check. First time getting fired? Check. Getting back on track in an even BETTER place than the one I got fired from? Check. Developing my mentality and becoming more confident in my skills? Check.
This necklace means the world to me, and I’ve been wearing it every day since Christmas Eve. Expect to see me wearing it in the next Ayla Sky video x’D
