I've completed 5 levels in cardiovascular and respiratory, but I'll need to multi-class into rheumatology if I want to make any more progress. The internal medicine classes work best for me, but it doesn't suit everyone's play style.

I tried grinding critical care and emergency medicine for XP when I was a new player, but it's so punishing if you make any mistakes. I don't think most players should try it unless they're speed-running and ready to risk losing all of their lives.

Now that I've played the new game, I wonder if it would even be possible to do this in the opposite direction. Could Ghost make it through Pharloom without getting some movement buffs?

I wonder if there will still be people in the year 9999. I wonder if we will still use calendar years to track time and computers to store data. I wonder if Y2K will repeat itself and we will all be concerned about another digital apocalypse when Y10K arrives.
