Personality: As a general, he is aloof, ruthless and straightlaced where he is exceptionally dangerous enemy due to his ability to use fire and regenerate his wounds. He is also blindly lower to the Foot clan, most specifically his adoptive mother Chiyo, where he does everything she tells him to in order to earn her approval.

However, there are moments he does wavers just when he nearly about to kill Ari, but held back, or when he does question Chiyo’s intentions, but follows them anyways. He is generally quiet and doesn’t talk much, which frustrates Ari who gets impatient with his quietness and focused attitude, which baffled him comically.

He also struggles to understand people, thus leading to some interestingly funny moments where he watches the craziness of the Hamato siblings and his subordinates which baffled his mind thus often playing the straight man in his situations.

Powers: Fire mystic arts, martial arts and regeneration (His heart is his biggest weak point)

Backstory: Romeu is a Foot clan general, thus the Recruits’ manager basically. Nobody knew where he came from besides being taken in by a yokai named Chiyo (OC) who is his adoptive mother who raised him to be a cold hearted killing machine.

Voltei com fichas dos meus Ocs de Boku no hero! Dessa vez trouxe a ficha de Romeu Wen,um professor de nacionalidade chinesa que trabalha como professor é enfermeiro na U.A! Romeu é bastante perfeccionista é gosta de tudo certo, para ele, não é permitido erros de sua parte,sempre exige muito de si mesmo,nunca ve seu próprio esforço,mas ele é encantador.

Porém lembranças horriveis do passado o assombram todas as noites,a busca por redimir seus erros do passado o perseguem sempre,um amor antigo com um inimigo o trouxe a seriedade.

Romeu é um personagem Transexual é sera posto como par Romântico de Fatgum.
