Ingredients: 1 oz raspberry liqueur. 1 sugar cube. 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Champagne, chilled. Fresh raspberries, for garnish.
Instructions: Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne flute. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters over the sugar cube. Pour 1 oz of raspberry liqueur into the flute. Top off with chilled Champagne. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
