Self Care/Positivity tips
1) Start by taking care of yourself physically. Allow for and tend to your needs. You are like a puppy or a house plant: be gentle with yourself so you can grow. 💕😊🌿
- Like a houseplant or a puppy you need nutrition. If you can't handle anything, ask yourself, did I eat something nutritious lately? If not, stock up! 🍎🍒🍐🥝🍠🌽🌯🍙☕🍅🍌🍋🥕
- Hydrate! Hydrate! 💧 Stay hydrated so you don't burn out as quickly! This is so important in taking care of yourself!
- Nourish your soul as well by tending to yourself outwardly: warm tea, face masks, paint your nails if you like to, wrap up in a soft blanket or sweater, etc. Do whatever tends to you most gently and makes you feel better. 🌹💕
